I am here to help you.

There is no need to force anything.

Don't try to do anything.

Don't try to go to sleep.

Trying takes effort.

You are here to rest.

Just find a comfortable position.

Breathe slowly,

Naturally,

And deeply.

Relax.

Let your body be loose and limp.

Sink into your bed.

Savor the soft comfort of your pillows and blankets.

It is an excellent place to be.

A safe place to be.

Quiet your mind.

All is well in this moment.

Enjoy the silence of the night.

All is well.

Draw your breath and relax.

Be at peace with where you are.

Slumber will find you.
