Box breathing.
Inhale for 4,
Hold for 4,
Exhale for 4,

If you feel like moving today,
You can apply box breathing to a movement exercise,
Like cat and cow.
Before we actually start,
Thank yourself.
Thank yourself for taking the time just for yourself and your future you.
If you decide to move a little today,
Begin your practice on hands and knees.
Make sure your spine is long,
Place knees under your hips and spread your fingers wide.
As you inhale for a count of 4,
Look up and drop your belly,
Hold for 4,
Exhale slowly press yourself away from the floor,
Chin to chest,
Pull the belly in and hold for 4.
Or rest in a comfortable seat,
Close down your eyes,
Sit up tall and gently follow my voice.
Choose your movement.
