So in this meditation we're going to go through a series of words with your eyes open.
You're going to think through this word and how this applies to you.
Looking into a mirror.
So situate yourself in a safe quiet space where you can really be alone with yourself in the mirror.
And we'll settle in with our breath.
Breathing in and out slowly at your own pace.
And settle into the stillness in the room.
So make yourself comfortable.
See if you can get 10% more comfortable just by adjusting something.
I don't know if your mirror is upright or if you're able to sit or lay down in a way that you're really cozy but however you are just try to get a bit more comfortable right now.
Releasing your belly and releasing your shoulders back so that you can breathe deeply.
So looking in the mirror looking at your beautiful face just allow the eyes to wander for a bit and and kind of get a little bit more into the moment into the present moment and out of your head and out of how weird you think this might be to just be staring into the mirror and not be putting on makeup or brushing your hair or your teeth and just kind of absorb this opportunity and and allow it to feel new and fresh.
So I'm gonna invite you to consider each of these words that I'm gonna share and just try them on for size whether you feel this applies to you or not.
Just consider it in this moment and let whatever feelings come up let them come.
They don't define you.
These words don't define you.
You define yourself.
So this is just an opportunity to entertain the idea of absorbing these words or let them go.
I am confident.
I am generous.
I am grateful.
I am attractive.
I am patient.
I am loving.
I am kind.
I am whole.
I am talented.
I am grounded.
I am creative.
I am beautiful.
I hope you know that you can be all of these things whenever you feel like it.
You define yourself.
You are full of life and beauty and you are safe and you are welcome here.
Allow whatever feelings or curiosities that came up if any of these words jumped out at you and and really brought something up that you want to explore further.
I really encourage you to journal and to think through how the thought and what it felt like to see yourself respond to these words.
I like this for mirror work because you are watching your reaction to these words being spoken to you so you know exactly where this where this applies and and what it is to explore what's next.
So follow your intuition and do what feels good that will you know help you on this journey of body love.
It really is a powerful journey that has a lot of layers so be cautious with yourself and be honest with yourself and yeah I wish you the best.
