Let's bring you some grounding energy to help you feel calm and supported.

Allow yourself to arrive in this moment.

Feel the seat beneath you,

The ground supporting you.

Take a moment to breathe in and out.

Releasing the day.

There's nothing else you need to do except to simply be here.

Letting my voice support you and letting your seat,

The earth,

Your bed hold you.

And bring your attention down into your body.

Notice your feet.

Notice how they make contact with the floor or surface beneath you.

Imagine roots gently extending from the bottoms of your feet,

Reaching down into the earth.

Those roots are strong,

Growing quickly,

Healthy,

Beautiful,

And extending into the deep,

Rich,

Nourishing earth.

And with each exhale,

Let those roots travel deeper,

Helping to steady,

Anchor,

And connect you.

As you inhale,

Imagine drawing up nourishment,

Strength,

And calm from the depths of the earth.

The beautiful,

Powerful,

Steady energy of the earth is supporting you.

It's so nourishing.

It's so loving.

And every inhale,

You're pulling that nourishment up.

And as you exhale,

Release any tension,

Worry,

Or restlessness down through those roots.

The earth can hold it and transform it.

So breathing in,

Drawing up that nourishing strength,

The calm.

And as you exhale,

Release any tightness,

Tension,

Worry,

Or restlessness back down through those roots.

A deep breath in,

Feeling the shift in your body through all corners of your body.

And when you exhale,

Sending it back down to the earth.

Take your time at your own rhythm to do at least three more of those deep breaths.

And I'll check back in with you.

As you continue those breaths,

Receiving stability from below,

Releasing what you no longer need,

Sense how your body begins to soften,

How your mind becomes quieter.

Imagine the earth whispering,

You are safe.

You are supported.

You belong.

Let that truth settle into every cell.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You belong.

Let's give you time to take a few more of those deep,

Transformative breaths.

Feeling your body tuning in to the same vibration as Mama Earth.

And I'll check in with you again.

You are supported.

You belong.

Feeling that truth settle in,

Soak in to every cell of your body.

And when you're ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back,

Carrying with you this beautiful,

Grounded,

Rooted calm.
