Welcome back to the Tribe Gang.

We're focusing today and this week on the little things in life that soften our heart,

That open up our heart and re-engage human connection.

Connection to people we know,

People we don't know,

People super close to us and really focusing this week on living from the heart by taking action or reconnecting to the little things that we can do for ourselves or the little things that we can do for others that are massively overlooked but make a monumental difference.

Little notes,

Little cards,

Little love letters.

Picking someone up and taking them out for a coffee that you haven't seen for a long time,

Doing something special with a friend,

Smiling to a stranger in the street,

Letting them go before you to re-engage human connection,

To re-engage in you know what I'm gonna be selfless today or selfless in this moment.

Well you know what your happiness is my happiness because in truth that's the potential of us to live from our heart,

To soften from our heart and to see that another human being you know is in need or could do with a smile or could do with a laugh and to do that selflessly and unconditionally doing it because you just want to do it because it would bring light and love and some good vibe to someone else's life which will then carry on.

But you know what because you are putting out good karma of course you're gonna get good karma back but this week we truly focus on the simple little things in life that bring ourselves joy and others too.

Closing down your eyes if you can.

Just taking in some nice big deep breaths in and out.

It's taking a moment here to slow down.

And as you slow down just begin to notice the sounds that you can hear immediately here.

Any smells that you can smell.

And the temperature of the room just noticing now that you've slowed down.

And with this presence and connection to self and to all that's around you I want you to focus your breathing.

Really focus your breathing and put your attention onto the center of your chest.

Rise the fall of your chest.

And imagining that every breath that you take in and out your chest opens.

And with that so does your energetic heart.

And there's a softness here a gentleness here.

And the more you breathe the more your energetic heart opens and begins to reveal to you the little things in life.

The important little things in life.

And make your heart melt.

And make your heart feel joy.

Every breath you take in and out reveals more and more of the little things.

The simple things.

The deeply important things.

That melt your heart.

And that fills it up with joy.

Every breath you take in and out reveals more and more of the little things.

The simple things.

The deeply important things.

Every breath you take in and out reveals more and more of the little things.

So as you begin taking bigger breaths in and out,

Imagine collecting these little things,

These simple things,

These important things,

Collecting them one by one from your heart and imagine you're holding them in your hands.

And once you finish collecting them,

Your heart just naturally closes.

But in a good way.

And these little things,

These simple things that are in your hands.

And now for you to go and live.

So that your heart can melt and be filled with joy.
