Today we are going to focus on the root chakra.
This is to establish more grounding energy into your life,
To establish safety in your life,
And begin to help you to root yourself deeper than you've ever been rooted and grounded before into wholeness,
Safety,
And authenticity.
This is going to help you to expand further into the version of yourself that you desire to be.
We need to establish safety at the roots in order to expand.
So what I want you to do is to begin to take a big deep breath in through the nose and out through your mouth.
Another big deep breath in through the nose and really sigh it out.
I want you wherever you are,
Whether you're seated or laying down to feel your sit bones,
Your back against the earth beneath you.
With every inhale,
Imagine drawing up the energy from the earth.
This home,
Earthly,
Safe,
Warm,
Grounding energy is with you always.
Another big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
With every inhale,
Brings in more stability and with every exhale,
Let go of any fear,
Anxiety,
Or tension.
You can begin to melt away any stress and negative energy that's been attached to you,
Weighing heavy on you.
You begin to feel more like yourself.
You begin to shift your energy,
Letting go anything that prevents you from being your authentic self.
Big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
I want you to visualize a deep red light glowing at the base of your spine.
Feel the grounding energy in this area of your body.
This is your root,
Your anchor.
With each breath,
Allow this red light to grow stronger,
Spreading the warmth and safety from your feet,
Your legs,
Your hips,
And pelvis circling in a shift and calibrate and align into safety,
Stability,
Wholeness.
You are enough.
You have always been enough.
You are safe and you are grounded.
Big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
This is your reminder to repeat to yourself,
I am safe.
I am grounded.
I am enough and I belong.
You have enough of everything that you need to meet your earthly needs and to live out this life.
As you begin to step deeper and deeper into the version of yourself that you desire to be,
Because you trust yourself,
You trust life,
And you feel safe.
Feel the support of the earth beneath you.
Trust that you are held.
Trust that you are enough.
Big deep breath in through the nose.
I want you to visualize the red light continuing to spin at the base of your spine and bringing yourself back into your body,
Wiggling your toes,
Your hands,
And take a big deep breath in.
And when you are ready,
You can flutter open your eyes and begin to journal anything that came up for you.
With the root chakra,
It's really important to understand your fears,
Your anxieties,
Living in survival mode.
Where do you not feel grounded in your life right now?
We are holistic beings and we are of mind,
Body,
Soul,
Energy,
And everything works together.
Emotion is energy in motion.
What emotion are you feeling right now?
What were you feeling before this meditation?
And what do you feel after?
Where can you shift emotionally that will continue to calibrate your energy towards safety?
When we give ourselves the time to honor all of who we are,
We begin to heal.
