Hello everybody,
This is Katie Parent,
Founder of Strength in the Soul,
And today I wanted to give you a motivational talk on self-trust,
Self-forgiveness,
And self-validation.
Upon waking up,
We have the power to set the tone for our day.
And if you are struggling,
Which all of us do,
We are on a healing journey,
We are on a growth journey to being the best version of ourselves,
At some point we can identify with if it's not your current situation,
That we've struggled with the way that we speak to ourself,
Identify ourself,
And also the way that we move throughout our life,
Choosing ourself,
Trusting ourself.
And so today I wanted to bring you some insight into how I help my clients work through their emotions and their struggles by utilizing the tools of validation,
Trust,
And forgiveness.
So today,
As you said,
I'm going to be talking about self-trust,
Self-validation,
And self-forgiveness.
I want you to remember that when we wake up,
We are coming out of our subconscious state.
And we have the power to reprogram our subconscious mind to continuously work for us,
Find positive evidence in our life that we are going to have a good day.
So simply start your day with a positive thought of,
I'm going to have a good day.
And any time throughout the day that you are going to have a good day,
You are going to are struggling,
Revert back to that thought saying,
I have the power to have a good day today.
And I can trust myself that I am capable of navigating any stress or struggle that comes my way.
And the reason why I wanted to focus on forgiveness and validation as well is that from the past or current,
I'm sure part of the negative self-talk that you have is that you are not you have is beating yourself up,
Feeling shameful and validation and forgiveness will help to reroute those thoughts into better feelings so that you can have better days.
You can absolutely validate yourself and how you feel.
You don't always have to be positive,
Speak positive and feel positive about your life.
But what you have responsibility over is how you navigate it and manage it moving forward.
And that is where the tool of self-trust,
Validation and forgiveness are going to help you shift.
When you validate your emotions,
You honor your emotions,
Process and work through your emotions,
You can trust yourself that you have the capability to rise out of the place that you're currently in.
And I want you to stand strong in that.
Believe in yourself.
You can come back to the thoughts of I am absolutely worthy of feeling better.
I am absolutely deserving of living the life that I desire to live.
I am worthy of having a positive day.
I am worthy and deserving of getting home at the end of my day and feeling super happy and positive,
Even if things didn't go my way.
Forgive yourself for what you're holding on to.
Forgive yourself for not always trusting yourself,
Loving yourself,
Speaking kindly to yourself.
You don't have to beat yourself up or shame yourself for how you've spoken to yourself or felt in the past.
And you can move forward and having better days that will equal a better quality of life.
I hope this gave you some motivation this morning.
And helped you to change.
Shift your mind and to shift your focus towards having that positive self-talk for you throughout your morning and throughout your day.
