Unclench your jaw.
And feel your whole face soften.
Feel your body being supported wherever you are.
Upon the seat beneath you,
Or the bed,
Or the floor.

It's all okay.
Bring it all right here.
You've been giving your energy outward.
For so long.
Thinking,
Responding.
Showing up.
Holding it all together.
And now this is your moment.
To come back.
So breathe.
And as you exhale,
Feel the day loosening its grip.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Notice where there may be more tension living in your body.
Maybe in your shoulder.
Your forehead.
Your nap.
Your feet.
Your stomach.
Imagine every exhale releasing this tension.
Unraveling the knots within you.
And opening up.
Space.
Now imagine.
Setting the day down.
All the conversations,
The decisions,
The pressure.
All those unfinished pieces.
You can come back to them all later.
Right now.
You don't need to carry any of it.
And slow your breath down even more.
Inhaling deeper,
Exhaling longer.
You can let go.
Of your day.
As you bring yourself right back.
