I'm so thankful that you're spending time here today with me.

Let your eyes close and bring yourself here.

Feel your breath soften and slow.

Inhale real deep as air gathers grains of all that you think you know.

Breathe deep and expand.

Breathe out and release.

Slowing down.

Breathe deep and expand.

Breathe out and release.

You fret about what's next.

What ifs flood your mind?

All that could go wrong pops and sings.

Your heartbeat speeds up.

Fear spreads through your veins.

The worry aches and screams.

It's easy to drown in the tsunami of thoughts.

If you believe they are the truth.

But if you can pause and step back for a bit,

You'll feel something shake loose.

If you let yourself grow still and slow down your mind,

You may just hear its calls.

If you pull yourself in and connect with your soul,

You'll feel it within the pause.

Cool waves of peace spread and increase.

Bring yourself here.

There's nothing to fear.

These thoughts are not you.

They're covered in fear.

They're trying to keep you safe.

If you can let go the illusion of control,

You'll feel the growth of your faith.

Imagine those thoughts and the knots in your body shatter and lose their control.

And when the dust clears,

What's left is just you.

You're safe,

Loved,

And whole.

Create layers of space between you and these thoughts.

Let go of control in the plans.

Breathe in more faith,
