Intentional living means that you are aware of your beliefs, values and desires, and actively live your life in alignment with them. It’s the art of living a life that is the manifestation of who you are. And it begins with knowing yourself, and connecting to the roots of your beliefs, your values, and your desires. And then taking action and creating from there. JOURNAL PROMPTS: In what ways are you living a life out of alignment with your values and beliefs?

Intentional living means that you are aware of your beliefs,

Values,

And desires,

And actively live your life in alignment with them.

It's the art of living a life that is the manifestation of who you are.

And it begins with knowing yourself and connecting to the roots of your beliefs,

Values,

And desires,

And then taking action and creating from there.

So go ahead and find a comfortable position,

Inviting your body to soften and relax.

Find the waves of your breath and see if you can follow it in and out of your body.

In and out.

Intentional living begins with you.

Your desires,

Your beliefs,

Your values.

So take a moment to follow your breath in,

All the way in and down,

Deep into the center of you.

And observe what's here for a moment.

What is important to you?

How do you want to live?

Who do you want to be?

What do you desire?

What do you want to be?

What do you want to be?

What do you want to be?

What do you want to be?

What do you want to be?

Now gather these all up as if you were gathering leaves from the branches of your trees.

Hold them close to you as you now ask yourself,

In what ways am I out of alignment or not living within my values?

How can I make adjustments?

What can I do now to live in alignment with myself?

What can I do now?

What can I do now?

What can I do now?

What can I do now?

What can I do now?

Your life is yours to create and it all starts with you and your intentions.
