Close your eyes now,
And sink into the rhythm of your breathing,
In and out,
Expanding,
Contracting,
Feeling the air flow through your whole body,
Softening each muscle,
And releasing any thoughts,
Emotions,
Or heaviness.
Now ease into the stillness,
The space between your breaths,
The silence between your thoughts.
Settle yourself in here,
Imagining every thought,
Every emotion,
Every task,
Floating like a leaf down a river,
While you sit right here on the bank and just watch.
Breathe deeply into the stillness,
Feeling its blue,
Calm,
Expand within you,
A warm blanket softening your face,
Your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your arms,
And your legs.
Soften and breathe.
Here,
You are home,
One with your true self.
All the pieces of identity have fallen away,
Like old petals of a flower,
And landing gently in this river,
Floating,
Floating,
Floating away,
And all that is left is you,
Here in the stillness,
Your soul,
Your truth.
Let this growing stillness dissolve any anxieties,
Or any heaviness that may be lingering inside.
As you remember that this moment right here is all there is.
So be here now,
Full and love.
Be fully here now.
One with the stillness,
One with the spaciousness within you,
And around you.
Namaste.
Beautiful.
