As you settle into the quiet comfort of your bed, let the day’s worries gently drift away. Feel the softness of your sheets, the gentle rise and fall of your breath. You are safe. You are held. Allow yourself to sink deeply into this moment, surrendering fully to the serenity that awaits you. Close your eyes and take a deep, cleansing breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs with the soothing energy of the universe. Hold it for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension, any stress.
