
Deep Breathing Meditation
Slow yourself down, and bring yourself inside. Breathe…Feel into where stillness resides. Breathe in real deep, to the count of four. Then breathe it all out, till you can’t anymore. Now on this deep breath, follow the air as it goes, all the way to your fingers, and down, down, down to your toes. Can you feel the tingles, of oxygen running through you? Can you feel your breath, opening and calming you?
