Hello beautiful,
I'm so glad you're here with me right now.
Let your eyes close and your body soften.
Find your breath,
And without any effort,
Just let yourself ride on its soothing gentle rhythms,
Bringing your attention to the constant steady movement of the air,
In and out,
In and out.
Letting your inhale expand just a little more on each breath in,
And letting your exhale go longer with each breath out,
Slowing you down and bringing you here.
With every inhale,
Feel your chest expand,
Imagining it creating more space inside of you,
And as you exhale,
Let everything go,
And just feel your body soften into your bed.
Your mind may be busy,
Perhaps your body feels restless,
But here you are,
In this moment,
In this quiet.
Imagine yourself letting go of all of it,
The thoughts,
The moving energy.
Breathe it out with every exhale,
And sink deeper into calm.
If thoughts arise,
That's okay.
Just notice them apart from you,
And imagine your inhale gathering them up,
And your exhale releasing them into the night.
Watch them float away and dissolve with every breath,
And then come back here,
Still and relaxed.
Notice your breath now.
Just observe the way it moves through you.
It rises and falls.
It lifts you,
And then lets you sink.
Perhaps there's still a little bit of energy moving through your body,
That's okay.
Let it move,
Let it shift,
Help it find the position that feels like home.
Imagine that your mind and body are speaking to each other,
Not in the language of words,
But in a quiet understanding.
Your body tells your mind,
You can rest now,
I will hold you.
And your mind tells your body,
You are safe now,
I will let go.
Together,
They soften,
Finding harmony,
Finding calm.
Feel the stillness blooming within you,
Like the first rays of sunlight warming the earth after a long,
Cool night.
The stillness doesn't ask for perfection.
It doesn't need you to be any different than who you are in this moment.
It only invites you to be,
To breathe,
To rest.
Let your thoughts drift,
Like clouds moving across an endless sky.
Let your body grow heavy,
Like a stone resting at the bottom of a quiet pond.
Let your breath be your anchor,
Steady and strong,
Guiding you back to yourself.
Let yourself drift now,
Carried by the rhythm of your breath,
Carried by the quiet of the night.
There is nothing left to do.
Nothing left to solve.
Your mind is calm,
And your body is soft.
Namaste,
Beautiful.
