The steady rhythm of your breathing,

The soft hum of your surroundings,

The soothing melodies around you,

And these calming words.

Let it all draw you into presence,

And blend with this moment now.

Imagine yourself in a serene garden,

The night sky stretching above you,

Stars twinkling like gentle reminders of peace.

Surrender to this calmness,

The life force within you whispering that all will be well,

Reminding you of your resilience,

And that you are made of love,

Strength,

And boundless potential.

Even when life feels unsettled,

You can let go.

Solace won't come from external answers,

It arises from within,

And somewhere deep inside you know that even if the world were to fall apart around you,

Even if everything seems to unravel,

You will be okay.

Let this wisdom fill you,

And guide you deeper into relaxation as you gently step into this garden of acceptance.

Feel your expectations melting away,

And let your fears dissolve,

They can't follow you Instead,

Waves of peace embrace you,

Drawing you deeper into presence with what is.
