Begin your practice by directing your attention to your breath. Feel the air entering your body, sending waves of peace and relaxation throughout your being as you exhale. Notice the sensation as the air leaves, allowing it to spread and grow. Focus on releasing tension in your chest and belly. Replace heaviness with serene breaths, embracing the beauty with each inhale. Feel the calm space after exhaling. Inhale one after another. Call in serenity and allow peace to enter. Let's begin this practice by drawing your attention to your breath.

Feel how the air enters your body,

Sending pulses of peace and rest throughout your whole being.

Notice when the air makes its way out,

How the sensation spreads and grows.

Focus on letting go of any tension you're holding onto in your head,

In your chest,

In your shoulders,

In your back,

In your belly,

In your legs.

Replace each heavy emotion with a serene breath,

Taking in the pure beauty that comes with each new inhale.

Feel the calm space left behind after every exhale.

Take in each breath after another,

Calming you down.

Call in serenity with your breath,

And allow peace to enter.

Breathe in calm,

Breathe in peace.
