
Breathe In Calm
Begin your practice by directing your attention to your breath. Feel the air entering your body, sending waves of peace and relaxation throughout your being as you exhale. Notice the sensation as the air leaves, allowing it to spread and grow. Focus on releasing tension in your chest and belly. Replace heaviness with serene breaths, embracing the beauty with each inhale. Feel the calm space after exhaling. Inhale one after another. Call in serenity and allow peace to enter.
