Hello beautiful,
Welcome to today's meditation.
I'm really grateful you're here with me right now.
Some days the tiredness feels deeper than sleep can fix.
Not just the kind that comes after a long day,
But rather a heaviness that settles into your bones,
A weariness that makes even simple things feel like too much.
And perhaps in these moments,
Like me,
You have wondered,
Where did my energy go?
If this is where you find yourself today,
Just know that this moment is not asking you to push harder,
It's inviting you to receive.
So let's begin there.
Close your eyes if you haven't already,
And let your body settle where you are.
Take a slow breath in through your nose,
And sigh it out through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale gently,
And then exhale as though you are setting down everything you've been carrying.
Fatigue has a way of whispering truths we've been too busy to hear.
It asks us to slow down,
To soften,
To stop giving from an empty space.
Today,
You are allowed to rest.
Imagine now that you are sitting beside a quiet lake at sunrise.
The air is cool and fresh,
The water is still and glassy,
The world is not yet awake,
And the light of a new morning begins to stretch across the surface.
With each breath,
Imagine that soft morning light filling your body,
First your chest,
Then slowly spreading down through your arms and hands,
Let it move through your belly,
Your legs,
All the way down to your feet.
This light carries renewal,
Gentle energy returning.
Energy returns naturally when we allow ourselves to receive,
So simply breathe and let this quiet light refill you.
Notice where your body feels most tired,
Your neck,
Your heart,
Behind your eyes.
Let that light gather here now,
Softening those spaces and restoring,
Releasing what has been held too tightly.
Feel your breath deepen naturally now.
Feel space opening inside your body.
Energy doesn't rush in,
It trickles back quietly,
Like rain soaking dry soil.
Slowly,
Steadily,
Surely.
You are allowed to move more slowly now,
To honor what your body asks for,
To live with a gentler rhythm.
This season is about rediscovering what truly nourishes you.
Imagine the morning sun rising higher now,
Warming your skin,
Bringing life back into the earth around you,
A gentle,
Quiet vitality,
Just like you.
Namaste,
Beautiful.
