Find a comfortable place,
Either sitting up or laying down.
Imagine the full moon shining its brilliant light.
Let's pretend that this full moonlight has magical powers.
And it helps you relax different parts of your body just by shining on them.
Let's give it a try.
Imagine the soft moonlight beams down onto your head,
Calming your mind.
The moonlight cleanses your thoughts,
Raising thoughts about tomorrow,
No thoughts about today or yesterday.
Just thinking about the white full moonlight and its magical powers.
Now the moonlight shines down onto your heart space,
Healing your heart with a peaceful love,
Kindness,
Safety,
And joy.
The light reminds you of all the things that make you smile and make you happy.
Then the moonlight shines on your belly and helps you feel your belly breath.
Take a deep breath in.
The belly fills like the full moon.
Slowly exhale out and the belly falls.
Another deep breath in.
The belly fills like the moon.
Exhale out and the belly falls.
Last deep breath in.
The belly fills like the full moon.
Exhale,
Releasing it all out and the belly falls.
Next,
The moonlight shines down to your knees.
Your feet.
And then your toes.
When the light reaches your toes,
It makes your entire body feel warm and comfortable and completely relaxed from head to toe.
The moonlight creates a blanket of warmth,
Tucking you into bed,
Melting into your bed,
Sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.
So cozy.
So peaceful.
