Begin your day with a few minutes of breathing, grounding, and connecting to the natural elements. Unlike most of my offerings, this one does not include nature sounds in the background as you are encouraged to listen to this while in or near nature yourself - walking or standing, outside or near a window. I am often reciting a version of this every morning as I walk my puppy, Luna. May this be a nourishing self-care practice for you too!
