Friend,
Thank you for sharing healing space with me.
Our hearts have such great capacity,
Right?
Sometimes it's to hold seemingly opposing emotions at the same time.
Sometimes it's to carry a great depth of emotion.
Sometimes emotions feel heavy or dense.
Sometimes the heart is carrying a high intensity of emotion,
Maybe that kind of buzzing sensation or tenseness that we can sometimes feel in the body.
The heart can kind of take that on.
And it's also the core of us is divine love,
Right?
Sometimes these emotions can flood our system and we can get away from ourselves.
So I'd love to just take a few minutes here to honor your heart together.
Whatever it is that you're going through,
You're not alone.
And it's not the first time a human has felt these things.
You're connected to a long lineage of humans who have felt really different emotions in the heart and in the body.
And we can have lots of compassion for ourselves when we're navigating so much emotion at once.
So we'll invite the nervous system just to take a break.
We're inviting emotions just to lower the intensity a bit that we can learn from the emotions that we can hold them a bit easier if the intensity is just lowered.
So we'll invite the nervous system to down regulate a bit with our breath.
I'll guide us through some breathing.
And all you're invited to do is to rest in being held.
I'm on the other side of this meditation,
Sending you so much support and love and I'll be sending some Reiki too.
So just taking some deep breaths.
Just for these next few minutes,
You don't need to solve anything.
You don't need to be anywhere.
You don't need to take care of anyone else.
These next few moments are just for you to honor the great capacity of your heart and to give it some loving attention.
The breathing that we'll do together is longer exhales than inhales to let your system know that it's safe and to invite the nervous system to down regulate a bit.
So exhaling everything now.
Inhale and exhale.
Good.
Inhale and exhale.
Good.
One more inhale and exhale.
Keep breathing at your own pace and rhythm.
The invitation is to tune inwards and see if there's one message that your heart wants you to know right now.
I'll just take these next few moments.
I'll be sending loving Reiki energy from this side specific for heart healing.
And all you need to do is breathe and receive.
And if there's another message directly for you from your heart,
Being open to whatever that might be.

If it feels good,
You can rub your hands together.

A little bit more.
Feel that heat between your hands.
And you can either place them on your heart center if that feels good or the palms of your hands over your eyes if that feels good.
Just remembering how capable you are,
How powerful you are,
How much courage it takes to feel so much.
It takes exceptional courage.
And we need you and your very big heart in our world.
