I'll be guiding you through meditation designed for relaxation.
You can do this meditation seated or lying on your back.
Your seated option to sit on a block or a pillow.
You can also sit on a chair.
Take a few moments to get settled wherever you would like to do this meditation.
Begin to cultivate awareness for the present moment.
Notice sensations and thoughts as they come.
No expectations,
No demands,
No judgment.
Notice your feet.
Exhale,
Sending any extra tension there.
Deep inhale.
Exhale,
Send softness to your feet.
You bring awareness of your legs to your calves and your shins.
Deep inhale.
Exhale,
Soften.
Bring your awareness up to your knees and your thighs.
The backs of your legs.
Deep inhale.
Open mouth.
Softness.
Bring awareness into your hips,
To your low back.
Deep inhale.
Bring awareness into your stomach and your mid back.
Soften on your exhale.
Bring awareness into your chest and your upper back.
Exhale,
Softness and surrender.
Bring awareness into your shoulders and arms.
Deep inhale.
Exhale,
Melt.
Bring awareness into your fingertips.
Are you clenching anywhere?
Deep inhale.
Exhale,
Soften.
Bring awareness into your neck.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Soften.
Bring awareness into your face.
The space between your eyebrows,
Your jaw.
Deep inhale.
Exhale,
Send softness.
Deep inhale.
Allow your entire body to relax.
Notice any areas of added tension.
Allow your breath to send softness there.
Allow yourself to just be here.
You have the option to stay here for as long as you like.
If you are ready to be reawakened and guided out,
Begin to make small movements with your fingertips.
Allow them to dance.
Roll to your wrists.
Bring your hands together at heart center.
Rub them together.
Then slowly place your palms over your eyes.
Let the energy melt into your face and mind.
Slowly release your hands.
Bring your thumbs between your brows,
Your suite of intuition.
Soften through your shoulders.
The light in love in me honors the light in love in you.
