Sometimes holding on to something can be more work than just letting go, the release.  The powerful action of inaction. This came through with the energy of letting go and releasing something that was holding me back.  Allowing space to be created for the acceptance of something more in alignment with me, with what I want to be and what I want to feel. Breathing in grounding energy of the Earth, breathing out anything that doesn't align with my core energy.
