Notice how your body feels as it welcomes in this pure love.
You can just notice how it interacts with each part of your body,
Each part of you.
Notice if any part of you feels like it could use some extra support.
And if you like,
You can place your hands wherever could use some more love.
You can move your body in whatever way feels right,
Honoring your experience right now,
All the while focusing on attuning your whole energy to the frequency of pure love.
You can allow yourself to feel whatever comes up as you open up your system to receive the energy and frequencies of the purest love,
