This is a guided walking meditation.

This meditation is an amazing opportunity for us to become familiar with being aware and being connected with our loving energy within,

While we are in the middle of our day to day life.

Before we start walking,

Pop your shoes on,

Grab your coat ready and then find a quiet space.

It could be in your office,

House,

School or in nature.

Anywhere you can be quiet and comfortable,

So that we can prepare ourselves for our walk.

The first 10 minutes of this meditation,

We will sit down with our eyes closed and prepare for the walk and then we will start the walk.

So you can pause here and prepare for the walk if you have not done so already.

Life is a reflection of what we believe.

We become what we believe about ourselves.

We create what we believe.

We create our own reality based on what we think,

How we feel and how we act.

In any given moment,

We can make a big shift by changing our state,

How we feel,

Our thoughts and our words.

This walking meditation is to power that hero that lies within,

To achieve whatever state we want to achieve,

Peace,

Joy,

Love,

Gratitude or abundance.

If we can think of the past and feel sad or think of the worst case scenario in the future and feel anxious,

Then we can use the same method to think of a beautiful past and feel grateful and love or create a visual of a beautiful future in our mind's eye and feel love,

Peace,

Joy or abundance.

Because our brain does not recognize the difference between a thought and a real experience,

It will produce the same emotions as if it was real.

And if we attract what we think and feel,

Then we have to become the future we want to create,

Embody it and walk this walk as that future self.

Remember,

Your mind needs a visual of that future and your heart needs to feel the joy of being there and it will take you there as long as you hold that visual in your mind's eye and feel the energy in your heart all day long.

You have what it takes in you,

So let's do this.

At any time during this meditation,

If you feel your mind is wandering off,

Then it's absolutely okay.

Simply become aware of it,

Take a nice deep breath and bring yourself back to me and continue the meditation.

So if you haven't already,

Now gently close your eyes and let's take a couple of nice deep breaths.

As you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Become aware of your body.

Become aware of your breathing and allow yourself to take another nice deep breath in and hold it and breathe out.

Take another deep breath in and hold it and breathe out.

Now slowly,

Bring your awareness to the center of your chest.

Become aware of your heart and sense the energy inside your heart.

Place your hands on your heart.

Breathe in your heart.

Deep in your heart.

Feel the energy inside your heart.

Your heart.

Stay with your heart.

Sense the energy in your heart.

Feel the love.

Now remember a time in your life when you felt grateful,

Inspired,

Love,

Joyful and bring this feeling inside your heart.

Remember the moment.

And as you see this beautiful,

Joyful or loving time in your mind,

Intensify the feeling.

Raise your energy,

Allowing your heart to feel more grateful,

Inspired,

Loved and joyful.

Stay with this feeling.

Continue to rest your awareness on your heart.

Allowing your breath to flow slowly in and out through your heart.

Deep in your heart.

Bring your awareness back to this time when you felt joyful,

Grateful,

Inspired or loved.

As you see these visuals from this time in your life more vividly,

Realize that you create your reality.

How you think and how you feel creates your reality.

And so you're going to have to feel abundant in order to create abundance in your life.

You're going to have to feel love in order to experience loving relationships.

You have to feel grateful to experience success in your life.

You have to feel powerful to become who you want to become.

Just like you felt joyful,

Inspired,

Grateful or loved by remembering the past,

You can also feel the same emotions by visualizing the future you want to create,

By feeling the emotions.

By visualizing as if you've achieved it already,

Become that person,

Embody it.

Now visualize your future self.

Who are you being?

And how are you feeling?

Hold this intention about you in your mind's eye.

If it's abundance,

Then visualize having all that you want to have in your life.

If it's love,

Then visualize being in love.

Raise your energy,

Intensify the feeling of love,

Abundance,

Gratitude and joy.

The more vivid this image of your future self and the longer you hold on to this feeling,

The sooner you will create this reality in your life.

Now,

Stay connected with your future self,

The energy you feel being abundant,

Inspired,

Loved and visualize how you will walk as this person.

Bring your chest up a little bit,

Chin up a little bit,

Feeling powerful,

Confident,

A big smile on your face and feeling grateful.

When you open your eyes,

You will continue holding on to this future self,

Embodying this future you.

You will walk with a soft gaze and feel that power in your body.

Now,

Gently open your eyes and without looking at anything or anyone in particular,

Take your time and start walking with your eyes open while you stay connected with the new you.

With every step you take,

Embody that new you.

Feel the love for life,

Feel the power inside you to create anything you want in life,

Becoming unlimited.

Everything is possible and you've got this.

Remember your future,

Feel it and embody it.

Own it,

Become it,

Feel the power as you continue walking.

Feel this energy allowing yourself to smile and affirm,

I am possible.

Everything is working out for me.

I am fearless,

I am unlimited,

I am love,

Unlimited and unconditional love.

I am powerful,

I am possible.

Everything is working out for me.

I am fearless,

I am unlimited,

I am love,

Unlimited and unconditional love.

I am powerful.

Continue these affirmations in your mind for the next few minutes.

Remember your future,

Feel it and embody it.

Own it,

Become it and feel the power.

Now,

I am going to allow you to continue with your walk on your own and this time I'll come back to you and guide you through the rest of this meditation.

Remember to let this limitless,

Loving and joyful energy you feel to really show in the way you hold yourself and the way you walk.

You are amazing and you've got this.

Whatever sounds,

People,

Things happen around you,

Let them be without judgement,

Without following it or becoming distracted by it.

Stay connected with the new you.

With every step you take,

Embody that new you.

Feel the love for life,

The power inside you to create anything you want in life.

You are amazing.

Becoming unlimited,

Limitless and everything is possible.

Remember to remain connected with this powerful and limitless energy within.

Stay connected with the new you.

With every step you take,

Remember your thoughts.

Remember your future.

Feel it.

Embody it.

Sleep with it.

Let any distractions be.

Feel this amazing energy within.

And it's time to be love.
