Close your eyes.

Take a nice big deep breath.

As you exhale let go of any stress.

Just allow your thoughts to come and go.

Take another big deep breath.

And feel your body relaxing.

Feel the breath travel to your lungs.

Slowly bringing your awareness to your body as you lay on the bed or on your mat.

Feeling relaxed.

Imagine a warm light in and around your body.

Feeling your heart as you breathe in.

Feeling your belly.

Imagine the light clearing your mind.

As you breathe out see the body letting go of all the stresses from the day.

Letting go of any negative,

Toxic or stagnant energy that has accumulated throughout the day.

Allow your thoughts to come and go without any judgement.

Just witnessing your thoughts.

Like watching the cars come and go on the street without trying to get inside them.

Give thanks for all that was good today.

That you gave your best with what you had.

Your body has done an amazing job keeping you alive.

Give thanks for anything that went right no matter how small.

Recognise and give thanks to all the things that didn't go well.

Accept lessons and then let all the thoughts of the day fade away.

Stay relaxed and in this present moment.

Be aware of your breath.

You are feeling relaxed now.

You are at peace.

You are loved.

You are safe.

Stay in this moment.

Be aware of your breath.

Give thanks to all the love and support from people in your life.

Give thanks to your body for keeping you alive.

Give thanks to all the good things that are coming your way.

Stay in this space of gratitude and deep relaxation.

As you slowly drift away into deep sleep.

Feeling relaxed and peaceful.

At peace with everything.

Feeling safe.

Deeply relaxed.

Calm.

And peaceful.

Quiet and relaxing.

Feeling safe and comfortable.

Allowing yourself to drift into deep sleep.

This put me out in minutes twice last night! I slept like a baby! I already had it saved and will use it again! Hopefully not so soon today lol!
