I created this guided meditation to connect you with the wisdom you carry and to know that you are enough right now.
Whether you want to go slow,
Move quickly,
Create big change,
Or none at all,
Your desires are valid and you are worthy of them.
What you want is possible from where you are at this.
Let's begin.
Settle into a comfortable position.
Seated,
Or lying down.
There's no right or wrong here,
My friend.
Fidget a bit to get into just the right spot.
And start to notice the movement of your belly and chest as you breathe.
Take a few purposeful,
Deep breaths in.
And long exhales out.
As you slow your thought.
As we continue,
Allow any thoughts that come in to gently dissipate.
You're here for just a short time.
Allow your breath to return to a natural pattern and notice.
See your unique gifts.
Your beautiful flaws.
Your strengths.
Your opportunities.
There's no judging or critiquing here.
Only acknowledgment of you.
Who you are right now.
What you see is individual.
Are the only you.
On this planet.
Allow that feeling to bubble up in you.
That feeling of knowing.
Who you are.
And accepting her.
And loving her.
Within you is a steady source of wisdom.
It comes from your lived experience.
Comes from what you know,
What you've learned.
And it comes because you are here.
In midlife and beyond.
Your wisdom isn't loud.
It speaks to you quietly.
Through sensation and intuition.
Imagine that wisdom inside of you.
Give him a hug.
Tell your wisdom.
You're going to listen.
That you're going to trust.
That you believe you.
Know what's best.
For you.
Now bring to mind a desire you have.
Something you're thinking about.
Not something that you're pressured about.
But something you really want.
How is your body responding when you think of this?
Take a nice big breath in.
And exhale.
And say to yourself,
I am worthy of what I want.
Who I am right now deserves what I want.
This is a truth,
My friend.
Who you are right now.
Is worthy.
And deserving.
Of what you want.
You don't need to become someone else.
Take another big breath in.
Deck sale.
And now say to yourself.
I trust my wisdom to guide me.
Put your hands over your heart,
My friend.
And say that to yourself one more time.
I trust my wisdom to guide me.
Put your hands back on your lap.
Drop them down by your side.
And start to notice the space that's around you.
Tune in to the sounds.
Notice the textures around you,
The surface you're sitting or lying on.
Maybe wiggle your fingers and toes and start to gently flutter open your eyes.
Carry the feeling of this meditation with you as you go through your day,

You are enough as is.
You are wise.
If you are worthy and deserving.
Of what you want.
