Let's begin.
Get nice and comfortable.
Sit or lie down where your spine is straight and where you can breathe easily and allow your body to be supported and relaxed.
Take a slow,
Deep,
Cleansing breath in and slowly exhale.
Allow your breath to be slow,
Deep and even.
There is no need to push.
Just allow your breath to slow down as you comfortably breathe in and gently exhale.
Notice as you slow down your breath,
As you deepen your breath,
How relaxed you feel in your body and your mind.
Now you are going to relax the different parts of your body.
Begin with your head.
Bring your awareness and breath into your head and imagine that your breath is massaging away any tension,
Caressing away any thoughts that don't serve your higher purpose.
Just let them be washed away with your breath.
Imagine that as you are breathing in,
You breathe in light.
And on the exhale,
You let go of anything that doesn't serve you.
You can feel your head relax and your mind expand.
Now continue to bring this beautiful cleansing breath into your face.
Your breath is relaxing away any stress or tension or worry from your face.
You can feel an inner smile.
Light is shining on your face,
Illuminating it.
You are breathing in light and exhaling what doesn't serve you.
Allow your breath to gently relax the muscles in your throat and neck.
Any words that aren't spoken,
Any tension you are carrying from thoughts,
Allow yourself to just let them go.
As you bring your breath there,
It opens up your throat chakra,
Allowing you to express your true self.
And now you breathe deeply into your shoulders.
As light travels into your shoulders,
You feel lighter.
All that tension that you've been carrying,
You can let it go.
Any burdens,
You can let them go.
See how easy it is to let go of your worries.
They are lifted from you so you can carry yourself through the world with grace and ease.
Now your breath and light are traveling down your arms.
And any tension that you are holding onto can be moved through you and away from you as light pours down through your arms and is streaming from your fingertips.
You reinvigorate your cells,
Your muscles,
And every molecule of your being.
Now take another deep breath as you bring that light and awareness into your heart.
Your heart chakra is like a flower.
Imagine that the petals of the flower are opening up.
You are allowing love in and love out.
Love in and out in a continuous stream of love and compassion.
Allow yourself to receive more and more love through your heart chakra.
You feel light.
You can feel your breath in your torso as light is traveling down into your torso,
Into your organs,
Invigorating and cleansing your organs.
You can feel your organs being massaged.
Anything that is not allowing them to function optimally is being washed away and their natural health is being restored by breath and light.
Your organs are now functioning at optimal well-being.
Allow your breath to open up your hip joints.
Any tension there,
Just allow to relax.
The breath and light are traveling down your legs into your feet.
You feel your feet expanding and connecting to Mother Earth.
The soles of your feet have chakras.
Allow the chakras in your feet to open as your feet grow roots deep into the earth,
Down into the rich nourishing soil where you are supported and nourished and anchored.
Now visualize a beautiful light above your head like a golden sun and it's pouring light into every cell of your being,
Washing away any feelings that no longer serve you.
Your whole being,
Your whole aura is filled with light.
This light is growing stronger and stronger.
Your aura is growing brighter and brighter.
You feel so much love,
So much radiance.
Your aura is so full of light now.
You are beaming with joy and radiating positive energy.
There is so much light around you,
So much peace within you.
Notice how wonderful it feels to be in your body.
You feel grounded,
Safe and centered.
You feel energized,
Positive and light.
Everyone you meet today will benefit from being in your presence.
