You are going on a journey into the future realms where you can create your most joyous reality.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes and relax.

Breathing in,

You let in joy.

Breathing out,

You let go of stress.

You breathe in peaceful serenity.

A beautiful flow of life force energy moves through you.

Your breath is deep and even.

With every breath,

You feel yourself getting more and more attuned with your body.

More attuned with your spirit.

Your body and spirit united.

Bring your awareness to your heart chakra.

Like petals of a flower,

Your heart chakra opens up to receive love.

Your heart glows.

And with every breath,

This warm light in your heart expands.

Your heart is opening.

It's radiant energy stretching out to all corners of the universe.

Connecting with the source of all life.

You are at one with the divine.

Your heart has a consciousness.

It is aware of your true desires.

Your innermost self.

Ask your heart now.

Keeper of your intentions.

To show you what it is you truly desire.

Now.

Although you have many desires,

Choose only one to focus on for this journey.

Ask your heart to show you clearly the most important experience or quality for you to manifest now.

Trust your heart.

Now that you have chosen one desire for this journey,

That's your intention for this to become manifest in a way that benefits the highest and best of all.

Light swirls around you now.

Brilliant colors and pastels and vibrant hues forming a rainbow.

The dazzling rays of the rainbow stretch out and up,

Reaching far into the sky.

All the way up into the celestial realms.

You feel a connection here to your higher self.

Your higher self holds the wisdom of your soul's purpose,

Your life's plan,

And guides you to fulfill your destiny.

Open up your crown chakra at the top of your head to receive the light,

Wisdom,

And the light of your soul.

Light pours into your crown,

Your head,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Body,

Legs,

Down into your feet.

Even further down into the ground,

Deeper and deeper and deeper to the very center of your body.

Even further and deeper to the very center of the Earth.

You are connected to Heaven and Earth,

Knowing your light from above is grounded to the Earth.

Light is pouring into you from the Earth below and Heaven above,

And you are a wider and wider,

Brighter and brighter.

Ask your higher self for a crystal clear vision of your intention made manifest,

As it is already created in the future.

You are transported now into the time,

Space,

And reality in the future where you are already living your intention.

You are experiencing this reality through all of your senses.

You can see,

Feel,

Hear,

Smell,

And taste it.

Through your eyes you vividly see what is around you in vibrant colors and shapes.

You feel bliss as joy moves through your body and emanates into your aura.

You hear the loving words you say to yourself,

And the pleasant sounds around you.

It feels real because it is real.

It is already manifested in the future dimension and you are grateful.

You feel drawn to go now to the upper realms where you can meet your higher self.

Your consciousness travels upward now through the rainbow colors,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

High above you.

You see an iridescent orb of light that glimmers and glows,

And you are drawn to go toward this light.

And as you get closer to the light you feel an opening,

A window,

And you go into that light now.

As you are embraced by this light it feels warm,

Loving,

And kind.

Your higher self is here as well.

As well as the presence of many higher level guides.

In this higher dimension every molecule of your being is becoming light.

You feel weightless and yet connected to all of the light in the universe and beyond.

You are your unconditional self.

Any feelings of fear or doubt are washed away.

You are cleansed,

Energized,

And imbued with the qualities that are necessary to fulfill your heart's desire.

You feel whole and complete.

From here in the upper realms you can look down and view your present self.

You can see yourself clearly,

Your body,

As well as the energy you are sending to the universe.

It is clear to you what needs to be shifted and released in order for your desires to become manifest.

You make any adjustments now,

Changing your energy blueprint,

Your thoughts,

And your posture to match the vibrations of your future self.

There is a beam of light connecting your present self and your future self.

You are connected.

You are one.

Your future is joyous and your vibration is in perfect alignment with its creation.

You feel drawn to go back to the present realms now,

Back to your body,

Back to the here and now.

Your consciousness travels down through the many dimensions of time,

Space,

And rainbow-colored lights.

You sense your body and you are drawn toward it.

You go toward your present self and you are in your body now.

It feels so good to be in your body.

You are confident knowing that your future is already created and you are in perfect harmony and alignment with it.

Thank your Spirit Guides.

Thank your Spirit Guides,

Your Angels,

And your Higher Self for their continued presence and love.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You are grateful for your body,

Your life,

And all you have created.

You enthusiastically live in the present,

Something to practice daily

Very straight forward and simple. Wonderful premise. Comforting and relaxing voice and music. Overall, I found it to be a more detailed, in depth, from the heart, way to incorporate meditation with my Law of Attraction visualization. Pretty awesome descriptive imagery. Just a a great little meditation to add to my favs!
