Begin by coming aware of your breath.
Just noticing the breath and allowing it to be and do whatever it is doing.
And simply relax into observing the breath.
Feel it as it moves through the body.
Notice the body's response to the breath.
And imagine you can follow the breath as it moves in through the nose,
Down deep into the belly and out again.
And notice if you want to change the breath and just allow that as well.
Allow whatever is present with you right now to simply be exactly as it is.
And all of your focus,
All of your attention is inward with the breath.
And remaining very aware of your body and its response to the breath,
The flow.
So that the only movement is the flow of the breath and the body's response.
And as you stay with this focus a stillness begins to emerge from deep within.
Just allowing whatever is present for you and focusing on the breath flowing in and out.
Then allow yourself to feel gratitude for the breath that gives you life.
It truly is the breath of life.
Let your heart open with gratitude and let the gratitude flow with the breath in and out.
The essence of all life is love.
The pure love that creates everything in existence.
And as you breathe in the next breath imagine that you're breathing in the essence of love.
The pure love of creation itself.
For this is truly what is happening.
And let that love fill your body.
Nurturing it.
Caressing it.
Healing it.
This love exists in every cell of your being.
In every cell of every bit of life that exists.
It is at the core of nature in every one of its infinite expressions.
And as you acknowledge its existence in the air that you breathe in the cells of your body in all that you see you begin to connect more deeply with it.
You may feel the vibrancy of this love in the cells of your body like an aliveness.
And as you bring your focus to it the feeling expands.
Becomes real and more palpable.
You can feel it within the body,
Around the body.
It is unlimited,
Infinite.
And it is who you are at your core.
It is who we all are at our core.
Pure love.
Infinite.
Free.
And eternal.
This is the only thing in our rapidly changing world that is a constant.
And when you connect deeply with the love that you are you find your home.
This is home.
Let yourself truly feel this.
This is our stability in an ever-changing world.
This is our rock.
This is the source of self that inspires us to act,
To move.
And this is our own internal authority.
Our only authority.
But when we feel deeply into our heart we know the truth.
And all that is required is to connect more deeply with self.
To listen to and to follow the call of your own heart.
It is a natural intelligence that we all have within us.
The same natural intelligence that we see in nature.
Where the birds instinctively know to migrate,
Or the salmon swim upstream,
Or the whales know to move to warmer waters to birth their young.
It's a natural intelligence.
We all have that within us.
And all that's required is the willingness to stop the busyness and to be with self.
To connect in deeply with the pure love that you are.
Nature can help you do this.
By being in nature often or if you can't,
Imagining that you are.
Allow yourself right now to be in nature.
Just allow whatever comes first and simply be there.
Feeling how it feels to be there.
The sounds,
The fragrances,
The beauty,
The rawness,
The wildness,
The vastness.
Everything that nature is,
Is a gift for us.
To reflect the natural intelligence that works through it,
That also works through us.
The perfection of its cycles and the beauty of it.
Feel the love and the gratitude you have for this gift of nature in your life.
And then connect deeply with the essence of nature,
The consciousness of Mother Earth.
Invite her in and feel the love and the connection that you have always had with the consciousness of Mother Earth.
Natural intelligence in motion.

Experience in nature.
The consciousness of Mother Earth is the same pure love that you are,
That all of nature is an expression of and it is the golden thread that connects us all,
That is where we are all one.

This deep love and gratitude for all of life,
For all the infinite expressions of the One Love.
And know that this love is changing our physical bodies.
It is upgrading them and purifying them so that we can all hold more of the pure light,

And as we do we ground it here on Earth.
And as it flows and expresses through us we are creating the new,
The new Earth that is based in love.
And as it flows and expresses through us we are creating the new Earth that is based in love.
And there is nothing to do except be who you are.
The unique expression of pure love that you are and to allow it to express freely into the world.
To take a moment and ask if you are drawn to what is it that wants to express through me.
That wants to come into form or be created.
And just allow whatever comes.
Even if that's nothing,
Just allow.
And that's it.

Until it is consciously the embodiment.
And you simply are this flow of pure love.
And you move with it.
Every word and every thought and every action is born from it.
And when we do this,
We truly do create our heaven on earth.
