Imagine yourself in your favourite place in nature,
Whether that by the ocean,
In the bush,
The mountains,
The snow.
Find a place where you can just sit and drink in the beauty all around you.
And as you do that,
Feel the love and the gratitude that you have for this place,
For the joy and the pace it brings you.
Then notice how,
Just by being here,
You relax.
The heart opens with the gratitude and the love that you feel for this beauty all around you.
There is a natural peace that comes.
And you feel very,
Very peaceful and content.
And you notice the stillness within you.
The self that is present.
Bring all of the focus into this stillness.
And as you focus in the stillness within yourself,
It expands and deepens.
You feel into the stillness within the trees that might be near you or the rocks or the stillness beneath the waves if you're at the ocean or in the water.
Feeling into the stillness that is there.
Deep within whatever you're focusing upon.
It is the same stillness as that which is deep within you.
If there is a breeze blowing,
Feel into the stillness behind the wind or the stillness within the air.
Let your breath.
And just assign stillness.
And within the stillness,
There is a deep peace,
A contentedness,
A wholeness.
There is love.
There is an inherent joy.
It simply is.
Feel and imagine this stillness within yourself and within nature all around you.
All joining as one field,
A unified field of pure stillness,
Of love.
This field of stillness,
This unified field connects you with everything around you.
It is the essence,
The core of everything,
All one.
It is the love,
The unity that is the truth underneath,
All the different expressions and forms that the eyes perceive.
And you can feel that you are connected to everything around you.
And now invite your family to come and sit with you in your special place.
And notice if there is any resistance to this.
Just let it be.
And as they sit down there with you,
Take your time to feel into each one of them and to connect with the stillness within them.
The same beautiful peaceful loving stillness within each of your family.
And see that it is the same stillness that was in you and the trees,
The ocean,
The rocks,
The flowers.
And notice as you are connecting in to this within each of your family,
Simply by noticing it,
It expands within them and they physically harmonise,
Relax.
As they enter this field of unified stillness,
That you invited them into,
You all come into harmony together,
Harmony with each other,
With all around you.
And this in turn amplifies this field of stillness,
Of unified love,
The one love that flows through all of creation.
This is the one infinite love of source,
Of God,
Divinity,
Whatever your word is.
The one love that all was created from and exists within this field.
Infinite love,
Pure divine essence.
And as you focus in this field of love,
This becomes the entire focus.
And all there is,
Is a deep stillness.
A deep love that is vast.
A soft and flowing inherent joy in such a sense of wholeness,
All as one.
Now expand this unified field,
The one love,
Infinite love.
And invite,
Include whomever and whatever you're drawn to bring into this vast field of harmony,
This unified love.
Take it as far as you're drawn to take.

Notice the power of this unified field to instantly bring that which you invite into the field or include in your field into harmonic resonance with the field of love.

Bringing more into the certified field.
Consciously away you may be drawn to include the entire world.
Feeling and seeing that all life upon the planet,
Our beautiful mother,
All have this within them and are created from it and exist within this one field.
Field of pure love,
Pure life,
Pure conscious awareness.
That is the essence of all creation.
That everything is created from and exists within.
It is the one love.

And we recognise this in all life.
