This Yoga Nidra; Resting your Chakras is your magical gateway to deep healing, awakening, and stepping into your full power. Crafted from her personal experiences while incorporating binaural Delta waves, Karen guides you by dropping into each of the chakras from the ground up, providing deep rest and unblocking the creativity that is rising within.

So this is called resting your chakras or cleansing your chakras.
Close your eyes,
Soften your gaze,
Having your touchstone in your left hand and just feeling and tuning into that touchstone.
Really noticing what does it mean to you.
Feeling the vibration of the touchstone.
And when it feels right,
Place the touchstone anywhere on or off the body.
And if you don't have a touchstone,
You can always imagine one.
At any point of the nidra,
You can tune into your touchstone again for the support of the grounded energy of the earth.
It's time to be good to yourself.
Daring to rest starts now.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Letting your body be held by the surface you're resting on.
Notice the sound of your breath,
Maybe any sounds in your body becoming as still as possible.
Allow the words of Saint Augustine to invite you into a sense of wonder as you reconnect with your own heart in Yoganidra.
People travel to wonder at the height of the mountains,
At the huge waves of the seas,
At the long course of the rivers,
At the vast compass of the ocean,
At the circular motion of the stars,
And yet they pass by themselves without wondering.
And now we rest for wondering,
Traveling within.
Begin by repeating your intention to yourself three times,
Like you're blessing your body with this intention.
Throughout Yoganidra,
You are invited to follow my voice,
But you can always not follow any instruction.
You are invited to stay slightly awake and aware throughout Yoganidra while resting deeply.
We begin in the body,
Rotating attention throughout the body.
When you hear a body part name,
Notice any energy,
Any sensation at the body part.
And if there's any worry and tension,
Let it release from that body part when named.
Starting at the space between the eyebrows,
Middle of the throat,
Right shoulder,
Right elbow,
Right wrist,
Right thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger.
Middle finger,
Right wrist,
Right elbow,
Right shoulder,
Middle of the throat,
Left shoulder,
Left elbow,
Left wrist,
Left thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Middle finger,
Little finger,
Left wrist,
Left elbow,
Left shoulder,
Middle of the throat,
Middle of the chest,
Right nipple,
Middle of the chest,
Left nipple,
Middle of the chest,
Navel point,
Middle of the pubic bone,
Right hip,
Right knee,
Right ankle,
Right big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
And fifth toe,
Right ankle,

And back to eyebrow center.
Rest in stillness at the eyebrow center.
Notice vibration in the whole body,
Even the most subtle pulses.
Tune in.
Drop deeper.
Now begin to notice the body breathing naturally,
The in and out breaths,
Body breathing naturally.
Deepen the breath,
Belly and chest,
Rising on the inhale and falling on the exhale,
Deepening the breath.
And now as you breathe,
Count backwards from 11 to 1 like this,
Breathing in 11,
Breathing out 11,
Breathing in 10,
Breathing out 10.
Continue breathing,
Counting backwards from 11 to 1.
If you lose count,
Return to 11 or any number that feels right for you and count down from there.
Attention moves to the space between the eyebrows.
Rest here.
Drop even deeper into your body,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Softening the limbs.
Drop deeper into your body.
Tune in to the life force moving through your body.
Notice even the most subtle vibrations.
Now more and more begin to sense or imagine being in your full power,
Letting your light shine,
Your uniqueness shine.
Feel this.
Feel this from your feet all the way to the crown of your head,
Letting your light shine.
And now sense or imagine dimming your light,
Not living in your full power,
Hiding your gifts,
Dimming your light.
Feel this.
Feel this from your feet all the way to the crown of your head,
Dimming your light.
And now bring back the feeling of shining your light and holding it alongside the feeling of dimming your light.
Feel this.
Shining your light,
Dimming your light.
Now let these feelings go and rest.
Sink deeper and deeper into the surface you're resting on.
Let the earth hold you,
Being held by the earth,
The whole body.
Slowly begin to see or imagine seeing yourself lying down in nature.
Observe yourself lying down.
Feel the earth holding you,
Like a hug.
Feel the warmth of the earth,
The soil.
Feel the vibrations of the earth below you.
As you rest on the earth,
The color red wraps around your feet.
You smell the soil you are laying on.
It smells of the sweet rain in the garden.
You are grounded and connected to the earth.
Bring your attention to your lower belly.
The color orange flows over you,
A sweet warm glow of orange.
Feel the flow as if you're stepping into the river for the first time.
You are connected to the flow of nature.
From the flow of the river,
You see a fire in the distance.
The fire is big and its flames are yellow.
There are women.
They are in a circle.
Each woman contributes to the circle by speaking about their personal power.
You speak with confidence.
The women hear your courage and invite you to step into your personal power.
The women of the circle open their arms to embrace you.
The color green surrounds you.
You receive joy and love.
You feel love and acceptance of yourself.
From the embrace of your like-minded woman,
The sound of I love you comes from your mouth.
A blue light shines from your throat.
You are able to express yourself and speak your truth.
Your body wants to bring attention to the center of your forehead above your eyebrows.
A beautiful violet light showers over you.
You are at peace with clarity.
All the answers you need are within.
Trust your inner teacher.
Feel this.
Sense an unraveling of layers of understanding,
Layers of self,
Layers of healing,
Helping you maneuver through fear,
Helping you lead to peace,
To clarity.
Here you can connect with your true self and wonder within.
Here you can rest yourself without wondering or passing by.
Rest,
Rest your traveling mind.
Now repeat your intention three times.
Let it go to the deepest level of your being.
Trust that wherever you know it or not,
Every part of you hears your intention and invites it to come toward you.
Now very slowly,
Your council wisdom arrives.
They arrive to bless you.
The council can be people from your past,
Present,
Future.
They can be spirit guides or animal.
Notice how they greet you.
Now in the presence,
Ask for a soul whisper,
An image,
Word,
Phrase.
This can also be a feeling,
Sensation,
Or color,
A message from your soul.
And see what arrives.
It might not arrive right now and that's okay.
It could come later in the day or in your dreams.
Just listen.
Whenever you receive,
Exhale the soul whisper to your heart.
Notice how you feel in your body,
Whether you received a soul whisper or not.
Arrested woman walks the way of the woman.
She's wise,
Frolicking with the flow.
She feels free and leads.
She serves to remember to go with the flow and that rest is the art of letting go.
I am a well-rested woman.
If you're off to sleep,
Sweet dreams drift deeper and deeper to sleep.
If you're waking up,
Bring attention to the air in your mouth as you breathe and begin to move your body slowly,
Fingers,
Toes,
Waking up in your way.
The mind is calm,
The heart opened.
This completes Yoga Nidra.
Be good to yourself,
Rest friends,
I love you.

Utterly gorgeous. You're voice is so lovely and gentle. The way you did the body scan flowed so beautifully working back up the arms and legs before working on the other side, rather than being disjointed. Then you offered us the treat of the imagery.
