Over the next four days, this series is a little breakdown of my unique style of Yoga Nidra. I often hear questions like, “What exactly are you doing?” or “What is this all about?” There are so many elements to it, so I thought, why not break it down into bite-sized pieces? Each day, I’ll share a bit of insight, building up to a full Yoga Nidra experience at the end. Along the way, I'll share stories about my family and how we can invite them into our rest practice. This is about more than just resting ourselves; it’s about resting our whole family line. Each day, we'll journey to a different place that’s all connected, centered around my small town in Nova Scotia where my family originated. With each stop, there will be a short rest practice to deepen the connection. I’m excited to have you here with me on this journey of rest and connection. This course is designed to be a journey you can revisit as often as you need. Each time you return, you'll uncover new layers of rest, creativity, and connection. By repeating these practices, you create a habit of deep rest and intentional living, allowing the lessons to integrate more fully into your daily life.
