This is Karen with Open Lotus Meditation and today we're going to take a special journey using flow chimes in the element of water.
All you have to do is get as comfortable as you can laying down preferably,
Gently closing over your eyes and allow the music to wash over you.

Just breathe very gently.
In and out.
Feel your body responding to the vibrations that you just heard.
Allowing yourself these five minutes of peace,
Of balance,
Of your heart opening.
And you can stay here as long as you need to,
Breathing in and out,
Becoming aware of your breath and how your body is feeling in this moment.
