Hello,

Beautiful soul.

Welcome to the sacred healing journey.

You will reset the deeper layers of your co-parenting experience to grace,

To light,

To love,

And to softness.

You'll walk on a path to meet the parts of you that have carried co-parenting wounds for so long and begin to offer them light,

Healing,

And release.

So before we begin,

A quick introduction for those who don't know me.

I am Kanika.

I'm an energy coach and my passion is to help parents heal within.

You can follow this channel to enjoy more meditations and healing tools just like this to help you feel lighter and more empowered.

So let's get started.

Take a deep breath and let it flow all the way down into your body.

And exhale slowly.

You can let go of any tightness,

Any pressure,

Or any tension you may be holding.

Just take another deep breath.

Really getting centered and more grounded and then exhaling out the noise,

The confusion,

The chaos.

So just close your eyes and you can picture yourself standing in a peaceful meadow.

The sun is shining and a gentle breeze flows in the air.

It's quiet and it feels very sacred.

You feel very much like you are at home.

Deeply calm and deeply relaxed.

It's as if the sky,

The grass,

The trees,

The soil,

The birds,

Everyone knows you and understands you.

Just as you are.

The space knows why you've come.

The earth beneath you feels really welcoming as if it's holding you and guiding you with love.

The sun above shines brightly and lovingly.

And it's showing you a gilded path,

Glittering with gold dust,

Sparkling and shining,

As if inviting you to go on a sacred journey.

And so you start walking with a deep knowing that this path is taking you on a sacred journey to heal your co-parenting space.

And you feel a warmth in your chest.

The golden light of the sun above shines gently through the trees and you can feel that it is healing you.

It's giving you a lot more calmness and clarity.

And there is green light from the earth that's rising to meet your feet and then flowing up all the way in your body,

Up to your heart and from there everywhere else in your space.

It's like you are divinely held and you feel very safe.

And you feel ready.

Ready to release the parts of you that trap you to make co-parenting difficult.

You feel supported to release these old patterns today.

And so you start walking.

And so you start walking on the gilded path.

And soon you see a figure walking in front of you.

It's another person like you but this person looks really tired.

It's walking with heavy steps.

It's carrying a lot of bags.

And so you walk right next to it.

And you see this person.

You see their face.

You can see it's streaming with tears.

The hair are ruffled.

And this figure looks as if it's not slept or rested properly for a long while.

This is you.

This is the peacekeeper within you.

And so you notice the bags that this person is carrying in front of you.

They're filled with the decisions and needs of everyone else.

And they hang heavy on your shoulders.

So just breathe.

You can place your hand on your heart and allow yourself to be healed.

The earth and the sun,

They are here.

They're loving you.

Notice the green emerald light flowing in from the earth.

Earth's center all the way into you.

And the golden energy falling from the sun above.

Gently nourishing you.

Providing you with more clarity and support.

So now you can look at your peacekeeper part and tell it,

I see how hard you've worked to hold it all.

But it is safe to let go now.

You can release these bags.

They're not yours to carry.

And as you place your hand over your heart,

You can tell this to yourself as well.

I release what isn't mine to carry.

I release the heavy emotions,

The decisions and the needs,

The demands that are not mine.

I give myself permission to let go and to be free.

And as you say these powerful words,

The golden light pouring from up above literally lifts these bags from the peacekeeper.

It lifts those bags from their hands and takes them up above in the sky and they disappear.

The green light rises from the center of the earth below,

Anchoring your peacekeeper into peace.

So just continue placing your hands over your heart.

You can take a nice deep breath and you can allow this healing energy to flow through you.

This energy to run through you and through your peacekeeper part to nourish you,

To provide you with more clarity and rise your vibration to freedom,

To peace,

To joy.

Because you don't have to carry all this weight anymore.

As you place your hand on your heart,

Energy starts flowing a lot faster through your body.

Notice the changes that happen to the peacekeeper in front of you.

Their posture softens and their hands open.

And they even start to smile for the first time in a long time.

So take a few more breaths and breathe in this freedom.

And all that burden is getting washed away.

The peacekeeper in front of you,

It's as if they were wrapped in a cocoon and that cocoon was limiting them.

It was binding them to the control and the struggle that they felt.

So notice them stepping out of this hazy cocoon.

Almost as if they are unzipping and letting go of a huge layer,

A sort of translucent energetic layer that covered them.

And as they step out,

There is a holy fire that lights in front of you.

And you can take this old pattern and you can take this old cocoon,

This cocoon of programming to keep everybody else's needs above your own.

And you can place it in the holy cleansing fire in front of you.

And notice how your peacekeeping part does not look as tired anymore at all.

In fact,

It's pretty happy.

It wants to dance around.

It wants to play.

And so you can ask your happy peacekeeper now to find things that they enjoy about life.

You can see that they have a deep love for life,

For beauty,

For harmony.

Ask them to show you a few things every once in a while that will bring you smiles.

Instead of struggle,

They can now bring in more peace,

More contentment,

More harmony.

As frequently as they like into your presence,

Into your life.

So breathe in this newfound freedom,

This newfound peace and continue walking.

Just a little bit down the path,

You see someone else standing in the shadows.

They're almost hiding.

You would almost miss them.

And even when you see them,

It's as if they look really unsure.

They don't want to be seen at all.

They are muted.

They are faded.

And so you step closer to this figure.

And you can see that they want to speak,

But they don't want to speak.

And they feel dismissed.

They feel unseen.

There's a part of them that wants to come out and yet they want to stay hidden.

Not heard,

Not seen,

Just hidden,

Muted.

So step towards this figure and let your presence remind them that they matter,

That you matter.

This is the invisible part of you,

The part that was once asked to stay quiet,

To be a certain way,

So that others could be more comfortable.

And as you look at this invisible part of you,

Your attention goes to their throat.

There's a lot of dark energy and perhaps even chains around their throat.

So just place one hand on your heart and one hand on your throat.

The energy from the earth and the sun will continue to heal them and you.

And now speak gently.

I honor your voice.

I honor your truth.

You don't need anyone's permission to exist.

Now tell this to yourself.

I honor my voice.

I honor my truth.

I gave myself permission to exist.

I welcome my thoughts,

My voice,

My authenticity.

I claim my freedom to speak the truth and be authentic.

And as you say these words,

A warm breeze starts to move through the forest.

And this breeze carries away the silence that was wrapped around your invisible parent.

The golden energy from up above starts to shine really bright,

Especially around the throat of the invisible parent.

And it starts stripping away the chains and the dark energies that surrounded their throat.

And you start seeing their color return.

It's as if they've got a new life.

You start seeing their shoulders lift and they can speak again.

Place your hands on your heart and your throat.

And feel the divine golden and green energies flowing through you,

Specially healing your heart and healing your throat so that you can own your truth,

So that you can speak your truth,

Be visible,

Be in the light.

Allow these divine energies to fill you up so you can reclaim your space,

Your authenticity,

Your light,

Your shine.

And so that you do not have to trim your light.

Take a nice deep breath.

Anchor in this feeling of being heard,

Of being seen,

Of being validated.

And then continue your journey.

And as you continue walking,

You see someone else.

This person is standing in front of a mirror.

This person is dressed perfectly.

It's smiling,

Just right.

But the smile doesn't seem genuine.

The person looks like they're doing great.

But their eyes,

Their posture,

Everything about them says otherwise.

This is the good girl,

The good parent inside you.

The one who does not want to be too much or too angry or too honest.

The one who just wants to please everyone.

And in that struggle to please everyone around them,

They don't even know who they truly are.

So just stand behind this person.

And you can gently place your hand on theirs.

And you can tell this good girl or good parent part of you.

That,

Hey,

I love you as you are.

You don't have to be perfect to be loved.

You don't have to please to belong.

I'm sorry I did not see you this long.

But from now on,

I'm here.

And I'm telling you,

It's safe to be real.

It's safe to be you.

I'm going to support you.

It's as if for the first time somebody's truly seen them.

And as you say your words,

The mirror in front of them just cracks.

Softly,

Without shattering.

And behind it,

Their true self shines through.

They're no longer looking as perfect.

In fact,

They look a little bit messy.

But they also look honest,

Radiant,

And free.

You know the smile that looks genuine now.

Now,

You're seeing the real them.

The people-pleasing part of you.

The good girl or the good parent part of you.

It's now ready to just be them.

So you can place a hand on your heart.

And you can place another hand on your belly.

And allow the healing transformational energy to flow.

From the earth and the sun to fill you up both.

Just healing you,

Filling all the gaps.

And allowing this people-pleasing part of you to come back to your wholeness.

Raw,

Wild,

Authentic.

Notice how much they're actually starting to light up.

It's as if their size is really increasing.

And this part of you looks just so magnetic and oh so charming.

So they walk towards you.

You're holding hands.

And their energy now softly comes in and settles right into you.

Bringing you into more light,

Into more shine,

Into more joy and authenticity.

The freedom to be who you are,

As you are.

So happy and filled with energy.

So happy and empowered.

You continue walking on your path now till you reach this golden archway.

And as you walk through this,

This is another final healing.

The final gate.

Which is bringing you back into your body.

But integrating this energetic shift that you have just accomplished.

It's bringing you back to lightness,

To clarity,

And to being your own self.

So you're feeling grounded and whole.

And you're ready to step out in the world.

And claim your space as a peaceful,

Joyous parent.

So you can now place both hands over your heart and breathe in gently.

I walk with peace.

I parent from truth.

And I create my path with love,

Light,

And simplicity.

Take one final breath.

And when you're ready,

Gently return to your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Move your shoulders,

And open your eyes.

What you just did isn't symbolic,

It's energetic truth.

So that you can parent now with a lot more joy,

A lot more harmony,

A lot more freedom.

And that's powerful.
