Welcome to this powerful meditation today on releasing the energy from spiritual attacks in your space.

Now spiritual attacks can have lots of forms.

Spiritual attacks could be let's say from an ex-partner who is not super fond of you.

It could also be past life energy that you are carrying or current life energy for that matter from any kind of hexes or any kind of black magic.

This will also take off the energy or limits that you have imposed on you because of either this lifetime or previous lifetime the karmic patterns that you've had maybe sometimes even the ancestral patterns running in your family.

So examples could be let's say you or someone in your family was an energy healer at one point in time.

Maybe they were really punished for speaking the truth.

Maybe they saw something they were really psychic and they were banished because of that because something either worked like that which was a warning to everyone else or something didn't exactly turn out the way they said and so on.

But because of that there might be blocks where you can also feel like oh if you are wanting to speak your truth that seems particularly hard.

There might be energetic things that you're carrying in your field that limit you from having more freedom as well because there might have been some whack or some agreement some vow put in either with your intent with your consent or not consciously or unconsciously you might still be carrying those agreements and vows in your place.

There might be a past past lover from this lifetime or from a previous lifetime where you engaged in a sacred vow when you said we will be together forever.

So you are still at some end tied with this person.

So today you are going to release all of these spiritual ties.

This should be an enormously freeing meditation and I just cannot wait to see what happens after that.

All right so let's just get to it.

Just go ahead and when you are ready just close your eyes and take a nice deep breath.

You can exhale out if you feel like but just let that breath travel everywhere in your space.

Breath is prana.

Breath is your life force.

So just let it go everywhere in your place.

And by taking this breath you are allowing your life force to flow everywhere in your body and in your space.

Imagine this really going to the tips of your hands even to the tips of your feet.

Great.

Now as you are sitting or perhaps you're standing or maybe some of you are lying down everything is okay as long as you are comfortable and as long as you don't really fall asleep.

Any position is okay.

Now as you are in your meditative space just imagine that your feet are extending into the earth.

Almost like a little child just use your imagination and visualize that your legs they're getting longer and longer and they're so long that they're going right to the center of the earth.

This is the heart of Gaia.

This is where she holds unconditional love for you.

Just an insurmountable amount of love.

Limitless love.

It has no conditions.

She's not judging you how you are looking what you are doing etc.

She just has pure love for you and a lot of love.

So just let your legs let your entire body extend there extend to that heart space and connect with the heart of Gaia.

And as you do that notice how there is crystal emerald green shiny light that starts coming off the center and coming into your legs flowing through your body and starting to flow upwards.

And automatically as you connect with the earth she is using the gravitational pull.

So all your stress all your worries they're all starting to fade away.

They're all just going you could even imagine that you have sand you have some stones that you are carrying in your space and just imagine or notice how they are just falling into the center of the earth.

Maybe there are some people who are in your space.

Perhaps it's your family.

Perhaps it's some other thoughts or some problems that you are trying to solve.

Notice how as you connect with the earth how she starts taking all of that and just goes into the center of the earth and you start feeling a lot lighter.

Wherever it feels painful or achy in your body just allow that pain to be connected with the earth.

And then it just starts flowing down almost like a waterfall.

Everything that doesn't serve you starts going down.

All the thoughts go down,

The worries go down,

The confusion goes down and maybe some other objects as well.

Perhaps there are some old sticks you see.

Perhaps there are just some very old objects or objects you wouldn't even imagine.

Maybe you see a milk bottle.

Maybe you see some stones.

Maybe you see some old eggs,

Some furniture items.

Just visualize that around your space there is all this stuff just old time stuff that starts going down.

Actually,

Let's play a game.

So you can be like a three-year-old child.

Three-year-old children really know their space.

So if you wanted to take their toys away they wouldn't let you,

Right?

So now I invite you to be like this three-year-old child.

And so all the stuff in your space,

Everything that you are being shown right now,

That is not stuff that should be in your space because this is old time.

Because everything that you are being shown right now is stuff that doesn't serve you.

So just imagine all the stuff floating around you as if you are in the center of a huge vortex and there's this vortex of stuff going around and it's got a variety of things,

A variety of objects,

A variety of symbols,

A variety of colors and you have a remote control in your hand.

So the vortex around you is going at a very,

Very high speed.

All these miscellaneous objects,

They're around you at a very high speed and you are in the center.

But just press your remote control button,

Press the pause button there and then it stops.

Now look at a section of this vortex in front of you and just have a laugh because the vortex in front of you has just got so many different things.

So as you press the pause button,

Because everything is not moving,

It just falls down with the Earth's gravity and goes right to the center of the Earth.

Great.

Now press play again and let the vortex start going around you.

And let it go.

This vortex is showing you everything that should not be in your space.

But you have the sovereign right.

This is your space.

So press the pause button on your remote control again,

Pause and then let everything fall down.

This time not just in the section in front of you but everywhere around you.

Just let it all fall down because this is not your stuff.

And then when everything's fallen down,

Press the play button again and let the vortex start going around you again.

It's going very fast and it's picking up even more things that are in your place,

That are in your body and that are in your aura layers.

And just let it show up.

And maybe now you see some floating strings.

Maybe you see some bugs.

Maybe you just feel some sand or dried leaves and sticks.

Press the pause button.

It all falls down into the center of the Earth.

And then press play again.

Let this vortex continue collecting all that energetic stuff.

Let it now collect even more.

Maybe you have some old vows.

And it doesn't matter actually if they were old or if they are relatively new.

But let us collect all the vows,

All the agreements.

Anything and everything that does not serve you.

Let us just collect all of that.

So maybe you start seeing some symbols in this vortex around you or some writing,

Some papers,

Some spoken words,

Some musical lyrics.

Just smile.

Just laugh.

Press the pause button.

Let that all go down into the center of the Earth.

And then press play again.

And look at your space.

Look at this vortex around you.

Just watch.

It's like you are in a cinema and there's this 360 degree cinema or movie screen that is all around you.

It's just moving.

It's going everywhere around you.

You're in the center.

And just notice what are the other things that come up now.

Maybe this time you have some old flowers.

Maybe you have some old people.

Or maybe you have some funeral signs.

Maybe you have some other random things in old clothes.

Some really,

Really old looking people.

Just let all of them be there.

That's all right.

It's okay.

Everything that you are seeing in this vortex around you right now,

That is all pastime energy.

So just press pause.

Let it all fall down into the Earth.

You are doing really well.

And then press play again.

Good job.

So this time as this vortex starts moving and you have really cleaned a lot of the stuff in your space,

All the miscellaneous objects,

You've cleaned them.

So let's now start going one by one and start cleaning up stuff that you don't need.

So let this vortex collect any karmic ties that bind you.

That bind you,

That bind you in the family,

That bind you from your ancestral lineage.

All the karmic ties.

So there's karma that's attached to you as a person.

There's karma that you would have collected in your previous lifetimes.

There's also karma that you inherit depending on the family you are born to.

So that's not your individual karma,

But that's like your family karma.

So let all of that show up in this vortex as well.

And then let this vortex also show up maybe your country level karma.

Your place of birth,

All the places that you are living in,

And even all the planetary karma.

So a country will have a particular karma as well.

The country will have a particular vibration depending on its history.

And you,

By virtue of simply being born there,

Also get affected by this.

But today is the time for freedom.

So just let all of that karma collect.

It doesn't matter whether it's personal or planetary or family karma or country karma.

All sorts of karma and even maybe other types of karma that I have not mentioned here.

Just let all that karma,

All those energetic ties appear in this vortex around you.

Watch the vortex getting really full.

And then you know what to do.

Go ahead,

Press the pause button.

Let all of these karmic ties go right to the center of the earth.

Now as they go right to the center of the earth,

Just also notice how a huge cleansing flame is emanating from the center of the earth.

So the earth really wants you to have your highest potential,

Your highest growth.

She was really involved in your birth on earth,

In you being born,

In you evolving,

In you really helping the entire planet grow and evolve.

So there's this huge sacred cleansing flame that's rising from the center of the earth.

And whatever is falling down from the vortex,

All of that is being cleaned by the sacred flame.

And up above you,

Notice as the earth keeps cleansing,

Notice up above you,

There is this giant gold sun,

A beautiful,

Gigantic,

Sparkling gold sun.

Because you are bringing in so much light,

The sun is so happy and he is bringing all this beautiful golden light on you.

This golden light falls on your body,

It's falling on your aura layers.

So as you keep releasing this golden light,

That is your highest vibration,

Your highest creative essence,

Your highest potential,

Your highest growth essence,

Your highest abundance,

Your highest freedom,

Your highest level of amusement and joy,

All of that starts coming into your space.

So you're getting freer and freer and brighter and brighter.

Good.

So now that you've cleaned yourself of all the karma,

Take a nice deep breath.

You are doing such amazing work.

The breath just revitalizes everything and really lets your life force go everywhere.

And keep watching this vortex around you.

And now let this vortex show you all the people in your space.

Now there are some old promises that you have with these people.

These promises do not serve you anymore.

These are promises,

These are vows,

These are agreements.

Whether you made them consciously,

Whether you made them unconsciously,

Just notice all these people.

And sometimes these vows or agreements could just be because you were born in a particular place and then you have to follow some sort of rules.

So just let all of that appear.

And if it's starting to feel a little bit serious,

Don't worry.

We are cleaning all of this up.

So just let this gold sun above you shower some nice,

Light,

Fun energy in your space.

Just have a laugh.

Even if it's a fake laugh,

It's a lot better.

It gives you a lot of power.

You're doing amazingly well.

Take a nice deep breath.

Look at the vortex around you and look at what you are going to liberate yourself from.

Isn't that amazing?

So just keep looking at the vortex.

And the vortex keeps getting filled with all these people,

The judgments,

The conditioning,

The programming,

The influence,

Everything that you were supposed to follow.

It also fills up with all the rules that were meant for you,

Conscious or unconscious,

Known to you or unknown to you.

All the expectations,

All the judgment,

All the criticism,

Everything is getting collected in this vortex now.

And the vortex is starting to feel really filled up.

So now you have the power again.

When you feel the vortex is really full,

Press the pause button and let it go down to the center of the earth.

The sacred flame is still there.

Everything is burning.

It's getting cleansed.

It will turn to pure positive energy and go back into the universe right where it's supposed to go.

And then from up above,

Bring this beautiful gold light.

It's already flowing into your space.

Just bring it a lot more and breathe.

Nice deep breath.

How much amazing work you are doing.

Okay.

And now the final and the ultimate one.

Continue watching this vortex in front of you.

And because you've taken so many steps of empowerment,

This time,

Let this vortex clear up and bring for you all the black magic,

All the hexes,

Maybe all the limiting symbols,

All the limiting patterns.

Maybe there are some chains,

Invisible ones that you don't even know.

Maybe there are some cords.

Maybe there's some.

.

.

Maybe there's some voodoo stuff or spells that you don't quite know,

But doesn't matter.

The vortex is just going to pick it up.

The vortex is magnetic.

It has a lot of energy.

So just let it pick up all that stuff.

You don't need to know where it comes from.

Just imagine the vortex getting fuller and fuller with all of these things.

Whether these are strings,

Whether these are ties,

Whether these are needles,

Whether these are eggs,

Whether these are any other symbols or stuff that is given to you,

Just let all of that come.

And then let all the people collect in here as well,

Their thoughts,

Their negative energy,

Whatever energy they put on you to control you,

To limit you in some way.

And sometimes that is unconscious from their end as well.

So let that.

So let this vortex collect the conscious energy and let this collect the unconscious limiting energy that was thrown at you.

Anything that was not in your highest alignment,

Any energy that was sent to you to condition you,

To program you,

To influence you,

To not have you in your highest alignment,

To take away your power,

To take away your sovereignty.

Let this vortex just collect that and then be in the center,

Be like the three-year-old child and go,

This is my space.

And today,

Right now,

I am claiming my sovereignty.

So press the pause button.

Let all of this stuff fall down because you don't want it anymore,

Because you are a sovereign person.

So this is your right.

And so it is.

Just let the earth take all that stuff away.

Just watch how she does it.

It all goes in the sacred flame.

It all gets burnt,

All gets released.

And up above the sun is shining.

Really,

Really happy.

I'm so proud of you.

And now,

Just let the sacred flame go up.

So as it's going,

It's just cleaning this whole vortex around you.

Anything that you might have still missed in this vortex that needed to be cleaned,

It's just cleaning all of that.

So it's getting purified.

It's getting cleansed.

And then this vortex just goes out of your space and disappears because you've really,

Really cleaned your space.

And now the sun comes on you.

It's shining this beautiful golden light.

It runs all through your body,

From your crown to your feet and even below that.

And all,

So you're becoming like a nice,

Beautiful,

Golden,

Sparkly person.

And as you feel refreshed now,

Notice how there is a transparent bubble that now appears around you.

This bubble finds,

This bubble forms the separation between your outer world and your inner sanctuary.

Because you just have created a wonderful,

Loving sanctuary.

For yourself.

Notice how Mother Earth is holding this bubble.

So anything untoward,

Anything not meant for you,

If it comes into your space,

Mother Earth will just go ahead and take it.

And it will go straight to the heart of the Earth.

And notice how up above the gold sun is shining.

So as you release all the negative energy into the Earth,

The gold sun will bring you your own flavor of your highest vibration,

Of your freedom,

Your independence,

Your power.

Just take a minute and feel this cleanse and feel the energetic balance.

Just take a minute and feel the sun pouring this gold energy on you and the Earth cleansing you and rejuvenating you.

Just sit in your bubble and enjoy this beautiful space that you've created for yourself.

You are now free of any black magic,

Of any psychic attacks,

Because you've really taken everything out of your space and given it back to the Earth.

So it all goes back to where it's come from.

And your gold bubble around you,

That forms the energetic protection.

So you can go about during your day and you can still have your safe sanctuary with you.

This energetic bubble will stay with you for as long as you want.
