Life can sometimes be really hard as a parent.
Your children can be having a difficult time and that can impact you.
And then there are times when you and your children might not be seeing eye to eye.
Or you might be having issues with the wider family on how to raise them or other things.
And maybe your own work life or health is in a tricky spot as well.
But regardless of what is happening in your world,
Life continues on as a parent.
It simply does not stop.
So this meditation is about finding your inner calm when you feel the responsibility of your children.
But when your own world feels shaky and unclear.
Because you need a reset as a parent.
Because you need to feel safe and whole as a parent.
You need to have that space where you feel connected and present.
So that you can provide the same to your children as well.
So welcome to this meditation on calming yourself as a parent.
And let's begin by congratulating you as a parent.
Because regardless of what it might seem on the outside,
You are doing a great job.
There's so many battles that you are fighting every day.
In the morning,
In the evening,
Getting through all the rush,
Managing all the things that you manage.
Take a moment and acknowledge yourself for all your efforts and activities as a parent.
And take this time to honor yourself for the great work that you are doing.
For all the little and big things that you notice and do.
And then take another moment to thank yourself and be in gratitude that you are able to bring yourself here to this meditation and give yourself this moment of calmness.
So that you can nourish and refresh your own energy.
It's great work and not a lot of people can do that.
So kudos to you.
And I invite you to celebrate yourself and to be really proud of yourself as a parent.
And even if you feel that there are lots of things that you do not do right,
I'm asking you to notice the things that you do do right.
And commend yourself for that.
Validate yourself for all the great work that you're doing.
And so with that,
Let's start getting into a nice comfortable place.
You might want to sit down for this meditation or you might want to stand up,
Lie down,
However feels most comfortable to you.
Maybe get a nice cozy blanket and really tuck yourself in for these few minutes.
So as we settle in,
Take a nice deep breath.
Inhaling in deeply and letting it go through all the veins in your body.
Really going in through every single body part.
Traveling through all the veins,
Traveling through all your body cells.
And then finally exhaling out.
And with that exhale,
You can release all the tension and all the stress that is in your space.
Now take another deep breath,
Really soaking it in and then gently exhaling out.
And one more nice deep breath in,
Really centering yourself,
Coming to this present moment and then exhaling out.
Imagine yourself in a beautiful spot.
Any spot that you like.
Perhaps that's a beach or maybe that's the mountains or any other place.
Any place that makes you feel really safe,
Comfortable and at home.
Imagine yourself in this place.
There's nice breeze flowing,
You're feeling really comfortable,
The weather is very good and you feel nice and relaxed in the space.
And up in front of you,
You notice a divine motherly figure walking towards you.
She looks very calming even though you cannot see her face so closely yet.
But just her presence feels comforting as if you know her deeply.
And as she walks closer and closer to you,
You start seeing her face.
It's got a broad smile and she holds a lot of compassion and love for you.
This is Mother Earth.
She is your divine mother and she is looking at you with gleaming eyes so happy to connect.
So proud that you are here.
You are her divine child and she feels so blessed to be here right now with you.
Just notice as she walks through,
She's got her hands wide open as if waiting to cuddle you,
Waiting to hold you in her arms.
And you feel this loving connection straight away with her.
So allow yourself to simply walk into her embrace as if you're going home.
Because the Earth is your home.
You are living here.
And in this embrace,
In this warm cuddle,
Notice how you instantly start feeling relaxed.
And maybe suddenly you realize that your back feels very heavy.
And so Mother Earth gently starts taking away the backpack that you are carrying on your shoulders.
And as you sit right on her lap,
Like a divine child,
She tenderly touches you,
Caresses you,
Hugs you,
And kisses you.
It's like you are in your mother's womb.
So divinely protected,
So divinely loved.
And here,
All your pains start to melt away.
There might be tears that start flowing out of your eyes.
Or there might be sudden heaviness that you start feeling in your body.
And wherever you feel heavy,
Wherever you feel a little anxious,
Your divine mother knows you so well.
Her hands go there and they start gently taking away all that pain,
All that trauma,
All that stress and overwhelming emotions away from you.
So just enjoy being in this womb space with your divine mother.
And let her hold you,
Let her caress you.
This is your reset time.
And while you reset,
She is very slowly taking away bit by bit all the thoughts and noise that does not serve you.
So you might realize now that you are in a womb-shaped capsule,
Almost tucked into it like a baby is in their mother's womb.
But this is the divine womb.
So when you are here,
You're getting a complete energetic upgrade.
And as you lie down,
As you relax,
Notice how there is divine golden light that's running across this womb and giving every single part of your body an upgrade.
Peeling away the layers that do not serve you and bringing in fresh golden light.
So just relax,
Just enjoy.
Take a couple more deep breaths and allow yourself to be healed in this divine womb.
You're first getting this divine sacred gold flame healing.
And it's going through every part of your body.
It's healing your head of all the thoughts,
All the troubles,
All the problems that you are trying to solve.
And it's healing your chest,
Your heart,
Your lower body and your legs for all the pain that they are carrying.
You can simply relax,
You can be the divine child and enjoy this healing.
And once this golden sacred flame has finished healing you,
Notice how the color now changes to a refreshing green color.
This is the nourishing energy of the earth.
This is the energy for your rejuvenation so that you are tuned up and refreshed,
Re-energized as a parent.
So allow this nourishing green emerald energy to flow through your space,
Going everywhere in your body and healing you everywhere.
There might be little body parts that need a healing.
There might be some emotions,
Some feelings,
Some mental thoughts that need a healing.
This sacred green emerald flame knows where to go.
It knows where to heal you.
So just allow it to flow through you.
Allow it to go everywhere.
And you can simply be,
You can simply relax in the divine womb.
And then as you feel nourished and energized,
Notice how this womb opens and then you can step out of it.
And from that place,
Now that you are energized and refreshed,
You can say thank you to Mother Earth and show her that gratitude.
And know that even as you continue on your role as a parent,
That your divine Mother Earth is always there with you whenever you need support and guidance.
She is right there.
You can just remember this moment.
You can remember the divine womb and jump right into it.
This is yours to have any time now,
Whenever you want.
But for now,
As you feel refreshed,
You can say your goodbye to Mother Earth and then slowly come back into your body,
Feeling nicely recharged and refreshed.
Take a nice deep breath.
And then when you are ready,
You can go ahead and slowly open your eyes.
