Kalli Sandau

Kalli is a physiotherapist and trauma-informed yoga teacher with a special interest in persistent pain, pelvic health, and vestibular rehabilitation. She brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to her work, recognizing that the body and nervous system are deeply connected, and that healing is rarely one-size-fits-all. Kalli values meeting people where they are, offering care and practices that are both evidence-informed and compassionate. She is especially passionate about helping people feel more at home in their bodies, build confidence in movement, and make sense of symptoms without fear or overwhelm. As a mom, Kalli understands the realities of busy, full lives, and the importance of care that feels realistic and supportive. Her work is grounded in creating a safe, approachable space for people to reconnect with themselves—gently, and at their own pace.
