Love speaks to us all the time. This short visualization gently guides you to quiet the internal chatter, so you can awaken to Messages from the Divine. Sometimes we’re so distracted with busyness and worry, that we’re closed off from subtle messages that are presenting themselves to us all the time. How can we acknowledge the distractions, while being open to greater guidance?

Transcript

This short meditation quiets the internal chatter so you can awaken to the divine messages that are guiding you all the time.

I invite you to take a few deep breaths to settle into this present moment in through the nose and out through the nose and maybe on this next breath lengthen your spine a bit tuck in your chin and gently close your eyes allow your breath to find its natural cadence try not to force it just let it be now your mind may be filled with thoughts or worries and that's normal simply acknowledge these distractions as you would cars passing by on the street see them come see them go and gently return your focus back to the breath feeling the breath come in and feeling the breath go out where do you feel the breath is it in your chest your belly can you sense the oxygen feeding every cell in your body from head to toe and what does your breath sound like maybe it's kind of like the gentle ocean waves coming onto the shore before recycling back into the deep one after another there also may be physical sensations trying to pull your focus this is also normal you see how still you can be yet relaxed relaxed then gently return your focus back to the breath now that your mind and body are quiet what do you notice underneath your stillness there is a message for you waiting to be heard what is that message sometimes we're so distracted with busyness or worry that we can be closed off from subtle messages that are presenting themselves to us all the time kind of like being glued to our phones or work while a sweet pair of eyes those of a child or pet stare up at us reminding us to take a break and just be be present with the love that's already surrounding us as you go about your day today and always how can you acknowledge the distractions while being open to a greater guidance indian poet kabir tells us be quiet in your mind quiet in your senses and also quiet in your body then when all these are quiet don't do quiet don't do anything in that state truth will reveal itself to you breathe deeply here and when you're ready to be quiet,

Be quiet.
