When we believe we're not good enough,
We don't really try.
But when we tap into our higher consciousness,
We clearly know and live our every potential.
With this short meditation,
Helps us tap into our higher self,
Our all knowing spiritual self.
So I invite you to get comfortable making any adjustments to settle into this present moment.
Breathe deeply,
Close your eyes,
Then allow your breath to find its natural rhythm.
And think of a time when you were loving someone or something else unconditionally.
Perhaps you were preparing a meal for a family member,
Or simply just spending time with your pet.
Remember how peaceful you felt in that moment,
Filled with love.
This is your spiritual self,
You in your most compassionate form.
The self who is no longer reactive nor controlled by fear.
Your spiritual self is patient,
Kind.
How else would you describe your higher self?
Now imagine standing next to your spiritual self.
Surrounding both of you is a column of silver white light shining high into the sky.
And together with your spiritual self,
Feel yourself lifting higher and higher into this light.
And as you ascend,
You begin to merge with your spiritual self until you become one.
High above the trees,
High above the clouds,
You can see everything clearly,
Including a typical day in your life.
But this time,
Living as your highest compassionate spiritual self.
From the moment you wake throughout the entire day,
And until you fall asleep,
How does the spiritual you live?
How does your spiritual self greet the day?
How do you talk to yourself?
Speak with others?
React to strangers?
As your spiritual self,
You're filled with patience and your emanating kindness.
What types of people and opportunities do you attract when living as your highest self?
Knowing and living your full potential,
How do you fill your day?
How do you honor rest?
Understand that balance?
And what's possible for you when you are living as your true and higher self?
