Honoring The Days That Shaped You
As a new year begins, it can be tempting to skip over what has already been lived. This one-hour guided reflection is an invitation to pause and honor the days that shaped you. This is more of a reflection practice than a typical meditation, so it can help to listen with a calendar, journal, or anything you can write on nearby. You are welcome to pause anytime to note what you remember, sit with what surfaces, or simply breathe. You’ll be guided to move through the year season by season, noticing what stands out and what still feels unfinished. The prompts are simple and steady: · What did you accomplish, and how can you feel your commitment and effort? · Were there disappointments you can release so you feel more complete? · Are there unresolved items or requests that would help you finish the year well? · What did you let go of, and what newly emerged? This episode is a live session recording, so you may notice natural pauses and gentle references to shared practice.
