I'd like to share today a practice of forgiveness for the heart.
We'll utilize Ho'oponopono and the act of tapping and opening the heart chakra.
To apply the forgiveness and to expand beyond what may be difficult for us to accept.
And to forgive.
So we'll begin gently just by placing both hands into the heart.
Closing your eyes.
Feeling the sensation of your hands to your heart.
Inhaling into the hands and your heart.
Exhaling ah Inhaling through the heart to the hands.
Exhaling out.
One more time.
Inhaling in through the heart.
Exhaling out through the heart and hands.
Circling the hands around the heart.
Applying warm.
Compassion.
To the heart.
And the heart chakra.
Next,
Gently coming to the space,
Opening the eyes.
And we're going to gently tap with our fingertips to the sternum,
All the way to where the ribcage meets,
All the way up.
To about where the clavicle meets.
And just moving in that sensation.
Noticing how soft my wrists are and my shoulders.
And elbows tight to the ribcage.
And just closing your eyes.
And noticing this sensation as you knock.
On the door of the heart.
Inhaling,
Exhaling,
Bringing your mind's attention to the heart chakra.
Continuing to inhale,
Exhale and allowing.
Whatever might be coming up for you.
Stories,
Thoughts,
Sensations.
Allowing that to arise.
And exit the door of the heart.
Inhaling.
Exhaling.
Inhaling Exhaling.
One more time inhaling.
Exhaling out.
Continuing to tap.
A little bit more aggressive with the tap.
You really want to hear the resonance.
From your fingertips to the sternum.
Sometimes this space is a little tight and tender.
Continue to breathe through this space.
Inhaling and making sure to have an expressed exhale out on ah.
10 more taps together,
Nine,
Eight.
Seven.
Six.
Bye.
Forward.
And one.
Gently coming to a stop.
Noticing any sensations in the hands and just applying the hands gently.
Gentle pressure to the heart.
Just to woken up the heart chakra.
So that it has the ability to receive.
The forgiveness and love of Ho'oponopono.
Imagining your heart.
Opening and expanding.
And receiving.
Continuing in a gentle.
Natural breath.
Coppola,
Polo.
Ho'oponopono,
Ho'oponopono Ho'oponopono,
Ho'oponopono Ho'oponopono.
Ho'oponopono.
Ho'oponopono,
Ho'oponopono Ho'oponopono Ho'oponopono Ho'oponopono Ho'oponopono Ho'oponopono,

Allowing the forgiveness.
To bathe over the body.
Access into the door of the heart.
Pressing the hands a little bit more into the heart chakra.
Inhaling into the heart.
Exhaling out.
Inhaling through the heart.
Exhaling out.
Inhaling through the heart.
Exhaling out.
Gently circling.
The hand.
Applying love,
Forgiveness,
And compassion to the heart.
Natural breathing.
Gently coming to a stop.
Gently tap the heart chakra.
I'm sorry.
I love you.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.

Inhale.
Exhaling out.
Gently wrapping your arms.
Around yourself,
Giving yourself a hug.
Inhaling.
Exhaling.
Inhaling.
Exhaling out,
Really feeling this embrace.
Inhaling.
Exhaling out.
Remaining in this gentle embrace.
Embracing whatever may be difficult to forgive.
Embracing the heart.
Reminding it has the courage to do anything.
No matter how difficult.
Pono Pono Ho'oponopono,
Ho'oponopono Ho'oponopono,
Ho'oponopono Ho'oponopono Inhaling.
.
.
Exhaling out,
Tighter embrace.
Inhaling.
Exhaling out feeling the embrace of forgiveness One more time,
Inhaling.
Exhaling out feeling the embrace forgiveness gently releasing the embrace.
Noticing the sensations of the body,
The warmth of the body.
That you may have created.
The warmth of love.
The warmth of forgiveness.
Inhaling together.
Exhaling out.
Remaining in this postural position in natural breath.
If you're feeling inclined to.
But if you feel complete,
Gently wiggling the toes.
Nodding the head side to side.
Moving the fingertips,
Opening the eyes.
Thank you for joining this practice of forgiveness.
I hope it finds you well.
And I hope you return to it anytime your heart is finding difficulty.
