Hello and welcome to this sacred space.
My name is Bree and this is a guided affirmation practice for setting boundaries.
Begin to find a comfortable seat,
A place to ground.
The palms might rest in your lap or atop your heart space.
And I invite you to gently close your eyes or gaze softly into the horizon.
Soften the space between the eyebrows.
Soften the space around the nostrils.
Release the tongue from the roof of the mouth.
Gently separate the teeth.
With the lips still softly touching,
Invite the jaw to be heavy.
Let the shoulders sink away from the ears.
Invite the breath to slow.
We'll begin our practice with three deep cleansing breaths together.
Find an exhale,
Let everything go.
And take a deep breath in.
Let a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in.

Let a deep breath out.
Continue to breathe at this deep and steady pace.
With every breath in,
Let the affirmations wash over you.

Softly bring the palms together.
Rub them together.
Generate a bit of heat.
Look up the palms over the eyes and separate the fingers,
Inviting a bit of light in.
Open the eyes and allow them to acclimate the light and gently release the palms down when you are ready to resume your day.
