Hello and welcome to this sacred space.
My name is Bri,
And this is a guided affirmation practice for manifesting abundance.
Begin to find a comfortable seat,
A place to ground.
The palms might rest in your lap or atop your heart space.
I invite you to gently close your eyes or gaze softly into the horizon.
Relax the space between the brows,
The space around the nostrils.
Release the tongue from the roof of the mouth and gently separate the teeth.
Let the jaw be heavy as the lips remain softly touching.
Release the shoulders away from the ears and invite the breath to slow.
To begin our practice,
We'll take three deep breaths together.
Find an exhale,
Let everything go.
Take a deep breath in and let a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in,
Let a deep breath out,
And take a deep breath in,
Let a deep breath out.
And continue to breathe at this slow and steady pace.
With every breath in,
Let the affirmations wash over you.
And with every breath out,
Quietly repeat them to self.

And with eyes still softly closed,
Bring the palms to touch.
Begin to rub them together,
Generating a bit of heat.
Gently cup them over the eyes and separate the fingers.
Softly open the eyes and invite light back in.
Gently gaze around the room and softly release the palms down.
Take a moment to thank yourself for making time,
For mindfulness,
For manifestation.
Just as I thank you for allowing me to guide.
