I do not know why I feel so resistant to meditation.
Okay,
You don't have to do it.
If you feel a little resistant but you still think it's a good idea for you to do it,
I think you should push through and try it.
Because you are kind of captured by that thought of resisting something.
If you take that perspective and switch it to the focus of the breath you are able to free yourself from that perspective.
If you are just sitting down in a meditation posture,
But you are just sitting down motion wise but your focus is still on resisting it.
In other words,
You are still being captured by your own emotions.
