Welcome,

Soul Family,

To our self-love meditation where we will be focusing on two wonderful words,

Just Be.

Let us allow ourselves to take a moment and just be.

Be with ourselves,

Our soul,

And be with the divine.

Taking a comfortable seat or a comfortable position,

Whether you're laying down,

Sitting down,

Finding your own comfortable space,

Your own comfortable position.

Allowing yourself to just be.

Beginning to connect with your breath.

Feeling your inhales and your exhales.

Noticing your breath as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Connecting to your divine flow of breath.

Allowing your breath to relax your body.

As you inhale,

Inhale peace.

And as you exhale,

Exhale out all your tension,

Stress,

Any discomfort or pain.

Allow yourself to completely let go.

On your inhales,

Breathing in peace.

And on your exhales,

Letting go.

Flowing with your breath.

Relaxing your shoulders,

Your arms.

Relaxing your hands.

Relaxing your upper body.

Relaxing your face.

Relaxing your whole body.

As you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Connecting to your divine flow of breath.

Finding comfort within your body.

If any thoughts are popping in,

That is okay.

Focus on your breath and not on your thoughts.

Thoughts will be there.

You can watch them go by like clouds in the sky.

Always returning to your divine flow of breath.

Just noticing how you feel.

Noticing your body.

How your body feels.

Allowing your breath to continue to relax you even deeper.

Bringing awareness to your body.

Gently scanning your body from head to toes.

Sending love.

Sending gratitude to our beautiful body.

To this amazing vessel.

Thanking our organs.

Our cells.

Thanking this beautiful vessel.

Our breath.

Our bones.

Our joints.

Our ligaments.

Such an amazing creation that we are.

And repeating these affirmations silently.

I am healthy.

My body is strong.

I feed my body nutritious foods.

I take care of my body.

I love my body.

I am connected to my body.

And I listen to my body's needs.

And I will nourish,

Nurture and love my body.

As my body takes care of me and loves me.

Taking a nice long deep breath in.

And gently exhaling.

Another long deep breath in.

And gently exhaling out.

Becoming completely aware of your body.

Your presence.

Wiggling your toes.

Your fingers.

Gently opening your eyes.

Taking a look around your surroundings.

Becoming present.

And giving yourself a nice big hug.

Affirming to yourself how beautiful you are inside and out.

And affirming to yourself how wonderfully loved you are by the divine.
