Begin to access a natural flowing breath.

Inhaling deeply into the belly.

Inhaling out the mouth.

With each breath,

Imagine thoughts gently leaving.

Begin to send yourself the energy behind these words.

May I be well,

Happy,

And peaceful.

May I be forgiving,

Kind,

And compassionate.

May I live with ease.

Continue with your breath.

Continue to send yourself the blessing and the wish behind these words.

May I be well,

Happy,

And peaceful.

May I be forgiving,

Kind,

And compassionate.

May I live with ease.

Continue with the breath and the phrases.

May I be well,

Happy,

And peaceful.

May I be forgiving,

Kind,

And compassionate.

May I live with ease.

Now bring to mind a neutral person,

Perhaps a bus driver that you see regularly or someone that helps you at the store and begin to send them these loving,

Kind thoughts.

May you be well,

Happy,

And peaceful.

May you rise above difficulties in life with forgiveness,

Kindness,

And compassion.

May you live with ease.

Continue to send this person the energy behind those thoughts.

Each breath amplify this energy of kindness and compassion.

May I be well,

Happy,

And peaceful.

Now begin to bring someone to mind that perhaps challenges you or someone who you've had difficulties with and practice sending them these thoughts.

May you be well,

Happy,

And peaceful.

May you rise above difficulties in life with forgiveness,

Kindness,

And compassion.

May you live with ease.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to continue to send this person these energies.

May I be well,

Happy,

And peaceful.

May I be well,

Happy,

And peaceful.

Now bring to mind all beings everywhere and begin to send us all these thoughts and energies.

May all of us be well,

Happy,

And peaceful.

May we rise above difficulties in life with forgiveness,

Perhaps placing your hand on your heart or simply placing your awareness towards your heart center and keep sending these energies out.
