Allow yourself to settle in and get comfortable,

Whether you are seated or lying down.

Beginning to focus on your breath.

Allowing that breath to become deeper and longer.

Noticing the rise and fall of your belly as you draw the breath deep into you.

Taking a scan of your body as you breathe.

Send that breath into any areas of tension that you might be holding.

Giving that breath of life to allow relaxation.

Allowing any emotions,

Physical aches and thoughts just to be.

Distancing yourself from them as we focus on that breath of life.

Just being as you are.

Imagine you are looking at yourself sitting in the room where you are.

Take your awareness and move up,

Up to the ceiling,

Observing yourself from directly above.

Seeing the expression on your face,

Feeling the relaxation beginning to envelop you.

And sensing the energy surrounding you.

Now moving up further and zooming out further to see the place that you are in from above.

You can see the building,

The roof tiles and the cars and people on the street.

Now zoom out further,

Going further up and seeing your whole town from above.

The people becoming smaller.

Seeing things from a new perspective.

Zooming out to see your whole city.

Beginning to float in the sky amongst the clouds.

Zooming out further to see your entire state.

You can see the untouched areas of nature and the areas inhabited by humans.

Zooming out a little further now to see your whole country.

Viewing the different ecosystems from afar.

And as you zoom out further through the sky,

Through the atmosphere,

Into space.

You can see the entire earth from above.

Moving further and further into the darkness and richness of space.

Passing by stars,

Galaxies and constellations.

Earth now seems as a small blue star in the distance.

From this perspective,

You allow yourself to let go of the burdens of life.

Just for a moment.

Feeling the distance and space between you and your life.

You realise you are not your challenges.

Now shifting your gaze away from that blue star in the distance.

You can experience what's surrounding you.

A multitude of galaxies.

An infinite universe.

Drifting and floating through dreamy nebulas.

Allow yourself to drift and float.

Experiencing the peaceful wonder of this universe.

In this place,

Enjoy the sensation of simply being.

Just simply existing in this state for a few minutes.

All� You You You You You You You From this place of expansion and wonder You It's time now to bring our awareness back Allowing yourself to begin gently floating Back through space To the atmosphere of Earth Floating gently down To see your country,

Your state Your town And the place you began Drifting gently down Back into the room where you started Allowing your breath to bring you refreshment to your body Your awareness That you can now wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers Open your eyes whenever you're ready You You
