Inviting your muscles to soften and your body to become more relaxed with each breath.
Allowing your stomach to soften.

And releasing your tongue from the roof of your mouth.

You are relaxing and breathing.
And you are okay.
Send gratitude to your body for all the things it does automatically to keep you alive.
Your heartbeat.
Feel the sensation of your pulse with gratitude for the blood moving around your body.
Your breathing.
Feeling the movement of your diaphragm and thanking it for drawing the air in and out.
Your digestion.
Your nervous system.
Your senses that allow you to experience the world.
Your synapses in your brain.

Allow your attention to focus on the solar plexus.
The energy centre just below the diaphragm.
Imagining a light like your own personal sun within you.
Your centre of being.
Your centre of creation.
Of self-esteem.
Of personal power.
The fire that feeds your inspiration.
