The breath moves into the body.
As the breath moves out of the body,
Allowing the breath to take with it anything you no longer need at this time.
Noticing the inhale and the breath coming into the body.
Breathing in fresh air,
Harmonious,
Loving and bright.
Then exhaling and allowing the breath to take with it anything that's no longer useful.
Breathing in in breath,
The breath moving into the body.
The breath is fresh,
Harmonious,
Loving and bright.
As the air exhales the body,
Allowing it to take anything you no longer need.
Moving it out with the exhale.
With the breath,
We contact and connect into the physical body.
The bright,
Loving air that we inhale connects into the physical body.
Harmonious loving,
Bright air connects into the feet,
The legs,
The pelvis.
Breathing in and feel into knowing the cells in the body feed on this fresh,
Bright,
Loving air.
In the process of the exhale,
The breath and the air gets rid of any accumulation of anything you no longer need.
With the exhale,
The breath and the air lets go of anything and everything that's no longer useful.
Notice the breath again in this moment.
Allowing the breath to gradually move and feel into the abdomen,
The diaphragm,
The chest,
The lungs,
The heart,
The organs in the torso,
The shoulders,
The arms and hands.
Imagine and feel into the cells feeding on this fresh,
Bright and loving air.
And upon exhale,
The breath getting rid of accumulation and anything you no longer need.
The exhale letting go all that's no longer useful.
Inviting awareness.
Connect into and continue noticing the breath.
The breath contacting the neck.
The face.
The senses.
Seeing.
Hearing.
Smelling.
Tasting.
Touching.
The breath connecting into the head.
The space inside the head.
The mind and the brain,
The processes.
Imagine and feel into the cells feeding on this fresh,
Bright,
Loving air.
As the body exhales,
The breath taking with it and getting rid of accumulation,
Letting go all that's no longer useful for you right now.
Continuing with the breath.
Imagine the breath now contacting and connecting into the emotional level.
Finding a calm,
Clear lake.
The calm,
Clear lake reflecting the surrounding landscape illuminated by a radiant sun.
Imagine that a breath of fresh,
Loving air smooths the emotions.
With the air moving out as an exhale,
We release all those emotions that are no longer useful.
Now,
See if you could connect into and contact the mental level.
Imagining a space.
Perhaps it's closed off.
Perhaps there's windows but they're closed.
Can you imagine opening the windows in this closed room with this mental space?
Opening the windows,
Making a bright,
Loving,
Harmonious air begin to flow through these windows into the mental space of our thoughts.
From the windows,
Seeing the air release.
As it releases,
It's releasing thoughts that are no longer useful.
As it does this,
New space is created.
This new space,
You can catch new thoughts,
New insights,
New perceptions,
New mindful awareness.
Allow yourself to keep breathing.
With this breath now,
Standing with your awareness in the center of your heart,
Imagine lighting a light,
Imagine a lighthouse,
A lamp.
With this light,
This lamp,
Sensing into the body,
Sensing into the body and seeing if there's any place in the body that's currently asking to be noticed,
Asking for help,
Asking for expansion,
Ease.
Whatever might arise,
Wherever the space might be in the body,
Imagine moving this light,
The space of the heart,
This lighthouse,
This lamp,
Imagine moving this light from the heart to the space in the body that's asking for help,
Asking for ease,
Asking for balance.
As the light comes into the space in the body,
Perhaps noticing a different level of harmony,
A different level of brightness,
A different level of freshness,
A different level of illumination,
Connect into the space where you brought this light.
Notice what arises.
Are there images,
Feelings,
Thoughts,
Colors,
Intuitions?
Allow yourself to connect into and notice any components that you may notice about the space where you brought this illumination.
Allow yourself to breathe into the space,
Breathing in and bringing in loving,
Fresh,
Harmonious bright air into the space in the body.
As you exhale,
Breathing out,
Breathing out anything you no longer need.
Again,
Drawing awareness into the space where you brought the light,
Allowing the breath,
Allowing the breath to brighten and bring this fresh air,
This harmony,
This loving brightness,
Allowing it to illuminate the space in the body,
Feeding the cells.
As you exhale,
Allowing the breath to take with it and get rid of anything you've accumulated,
Anything you no longer need.
The breath purges it,
Purifies it and empties the space out.
Breathing in,
Breathing into the center of the heart,
Feel into your effort and offering,
Noticing the space in the body that asked for help,
Perhaps noticing a compassionate level of gratitude with your awareness and what you offered to the body.
Generate level of gratitude and awareness for which you offered your body.
Feel into,
Connect into this offering of your efforts and your awareness.
Allowing the breath to move in,
Move into your awareness,
Into your body,
Again bringing harmony,
Illumination,
Exhaling,
Allowing the breath to take with it,
Anything that's no longer useful.
Allowing yourself to notice this awareness,
Awareness in the breath,
Awareness in the body.
As you move about your day,
Allowing yourself to continue inviting in this breath awareness.
Whenever you might need balance,
Harmony,
Ease,
Allow the breath to come into your awareness,
Taking with it and bringing in illumination and as it exhales and moves out,
Allowing to take with it anything you no longer need.
This is available to you throughout your day in any moment.
In this moment now,
As you're ready,
You're going to begin inviting awareness to come back into this moment,
Opening the eyes,
Moving the fingers and the toes,
Drawing awareness back into this present moment,
Honoring all that came into your awareness.
