Welcome to Balearic Breath. It's a moment for you to pause, To chill, To lounge. And to begin with, We'll just spend some time relaxing, Chilling the body. Take a minute to absorb the sound of the sea and the music in the background, This rhythm. Maybe just gently coming into a connection with how do your shoulders move, How do your ribs swing. We're going to loosen all of those muscles, Start to focus on your breathing, Take a deep breath in all the way. Just let this rhythm be with you. And as this music drifts through the air, Let the rhythm of this music wash gently around you. Easy breathing. Release, Let it go, Let the shoulders come down as you do that. Again, Big breath in. And then with this rhythm, We've got a sense of aliveness as well as being grounded. Feel your knees. And in a few moments, I'll begin to gently guide your breath. There's nothing you need to do, Just let, Simply listening, Let your body settle in its own way. Big breath in, All the way up. And come to the exhale here, Just taking a little bit of a release. Feel the shoulders coming down. Stay with the rhythm again. Keeping going with this beautiful rhythm of breath, Really long. You're going to fill yourselves up, Bring it into the chest all the way up. As we release the shoulders, They drop, The jaw releases, All the muscles around your head feel heavy. Being here, Just really feeling it coming into the body, Filling you up. Beautiful new energy is moving around you. There's nothing stuck or stagnant now. Everything's moving back to slow rhythm of your natural breathing for a few moments. And as we're coming to the final moments of your breathing practice, Just stay with your body, Stay with your natural breath. Just notice the rise, The fall, The chest, The tummy.
